I bought an outdoor lamp for my patio for $122. What came was an 8 ounce piece of plastic that would blow over with a breeze. Complete JUNK. A product that Spenser Gifts would sell. The company is a rip off!!!!!!!

The product is great. Wonderful designs. I bought two moon lights that are solar powered, and just bought two more that will be hard wired. Love these designs, and the company.

I chose the Flyachilles product for its craftsmanship and timeless appeal for my home last year. When it came time to order product for the shop I knew exactly where to go.

Was charged on April 13, talked to customer service one week ago. Am ready to dispute on AMEX.

I loved the selections, but when I tried to contact customer service, I was on hold for 20 minutes before I was transferred to an answering machine. I left a message but have not heard back from anyone. I am hoping for an exceptionally expedited delivery and was inquiring about how or if that could be effected, but to no avail.

What a scam!!! You take my order , get paid. Provide a bogus tracking number the order never arrives. I try to call your “888” and the phone number is disconnected. Emails go unanswered… And in the meanwhile you send this survey? If I could have given you a ZERO rating I would have. TOTAL SCAM ARTISTS

I had a few questions about one of the ceiling fans. The sales person I chatted with online was very helpful. The one question she did not have access to was answered in an email I received the next day. Beautiful fans, reasonable prices.

Shipping was fast, considering coming from Hong Kong! Product is great. Very responsive to questions

The purchase process was quick & simple… I thought the price was high but once I got the lights, I understood why. These lights are super bright, vibrant precise colors, absolutely stunning! The lights are heavy duty, not cheaply made. Cords are strong & thick.
