All nicely done.
However lead time quoted and actual delivery time had little to do with one another.

The lamp is absolutely gorgeous. Very happy.
Love the product. The shipping from the UK took FOREVER, the holidays used as a reason. But one would think shipping over the holidays would be a priority, the time of year when sales are most prolific. So it took 8 weeks to get to NYC. The showroom people in Manhattan were helpful, but the lamp was a Christmas present and after being ordered in early December, it finally came in late January. Original BTC is redeemed by the quality of the product. 99.9% worth the wait...

Hi,
Thank you for your view. We’re sorry for the extended holiday shipping time and understand how frustrating that must have been, especially for a Christmas gift. As each piece is made in-house, lead times can be longer during peak periods and with the Christmas holidays, but we’re delighted to hear the quality ultimately made it worthwhile.
Best wishes,
Hettie

Experience with the company was great…
Experience with the company was great as ever and we love the look of the wall lamp but once again my husband has moaned to me about putting it in the wall - there’s not enough space between the bracket and the porcelain shade to get a screw driver in! After a lot of faffing it’s up and I want to order another one but have to wait for my husband to forget how tricky it was before - took a while last time! Ha ha!

Hi,
Thank you so much for your lovely review, we’re really pleased you’re happy with the lamp and the look of it on your wall!
We’re sorry to hear the installation caused a bit of frustration. Just in case it helps for next time, the collar and screw can be undone so the back plate can be removed and fixed to the wall first. This gives plenty of room for a screwdriver and makes the fitting much quicker. If you want some further advice customer service can support with this 😊
Thanks again for taking the time to share your experience.
