servicio muy malo
I want to submit a complaint.
I ordered 4 tyres.
I looked on your website to search a workplace to change my tyres,
and for delivering my ordered tyres.
I had chosen a workplace in a range of 5 km from Albacete (Spain) and I had chosen the workplace
Talleres JJ Sanchez
Dulcinea 10
02611 Albacete (provincia Albacete).
After delivering of the tyres I contacted the workplace of Talleres JJ Sanchez.
Great was my surprise that this workplace was not in Albacete but in
a town 95 km out of Albacete.
So I had to drive 190 km (back and forth).
This take me also 2 and a half hours of my time.
This is clearly due a lack of your website.
Asking compensations for this event and this error, the
company refused to pay any compansations.
The men of the workplace told me that he contacted several times meumaticos onlin to change his direction on the website, but neumaticos-onling didn´t rectify their mistak.

tyres. The garages can be found on the website using multiple criteria
such as the post code or the city in the area the customers live or even
by displaying the maximum radius that they want the garage to be located at. In this case our webpage shows a distance of 97km from your destination to the fitting station of your choice.
