Try another company.
Having bought tyres online previously I used this company thinking they were all alike and found they aren't.
I was sent the right brand and model however the tech specs were not what I asked for. On looking into it, the tyres they sent me were cheaper but I was still charged for the tyre I ordered initially.
Not happy, I clicked on the link which opened an email address, I thought I was going to send a message to, however the address the link took me to I later found was was not valid and I was unable to contact them with my message left sat in my outbox.
I resigned myself to the fact that although they had sent me a cheaper priced product and kept the difference I would not use them in future or recommend them to anyone either, if the opportunity arose.
There are plenty of other companies selling tyres, that are honest and have a hassle free service, my advice is to use one of those.

Ordered my tyres one day they arrived the following day and they were fitted at my convenience the day after that.
Great service at a good price I would definitely use neumaticos-online.es for my next tyre purchase.
