I was really impressed by the professional care taken by London Appliances. The product was easy to buy, they kept in touch regarding delivery and the delivery was seamless. I felt that they actually cared about the customer

To be brief we bought an apartment only to find an irrepairable oven, hob, and stove and a scheduled flight out 24 hours ahead. Jordan calmly took control, reviewed WhatsApp photos, made recommendations and had it all installed in a week. Looks beautiful and all deadlines kept. Really great calm and efficient service. So refreshing!

Their advertised Bosh American fridge&freezer delivery on 6th August. When I pay £1129 on 31 st July, I been told can't be delivered on 6 but on 8 th August...
Made arrangement on that Saturday, but wasn't sure about it, and made a call on Thursday. Again, the delivery was delayed and I cancelled on 6th August 1st time verbally and by email.
Second time rang them about the refund on 14 th August, 3rd time it was on 1st September but again the 3 - 5 working days my money was not refunded. I.had to ask and report Londpn Appliances Co. to my credit card visa dispute on 9 th September and with their help the refund was pn my account on 14 th September.
Very disappointed to do a faire busyness with them it was my experience.

I needed next day delivery and they made it happen.

The washing machine arrived well within the allotted time. The delivery guys were courteous and helpful. The machine itself is a Bosch and the price was more than reasonable and excellent value for money. I recommend this company.

Great service: I live in Zone 2, top of a tower block - The delivery and installation service (a new washing machine) was all provided exactly as promised. And the London Appliance staff and delivery crew were all really chilled and communicative, when I needed to change arrangements last minute. As soon I spoke to team on phone there was no stress or confusion (or extra charges!) to re-arrange for another day -
I struggle always with any online communication and apps so I was really chuffed to be able to have simple helpful chat on phone, straight away. Washing machine arrived in exact time window agreed, they got my old one out and new one installed in no time! Glad I went for these guys, I always hate ordering large appliances so this was pleasant relief !!

Impressed with the delivery team. They were efficient and not phased by the washing machine needing go upstairs and into a difficult space. Thank you for an efficient and quick service.

The drivers were late, very late.

And the oven is not straight it's fitted slightly slanted.

Great service over the phone. They found the new model of my old washing machine with same measuraments so i did not stress whether the ones i had were correct. Really fast and efficient when they delivered and installed the new one. I highly reccomend

Overall, the service was good throughout. The sales team advised well, and the new washer/drier was delivered and installed, and the old one disposed of. The one disappointment was that my request for a discount was refused. I had only bought my previous machine from the same company two and a half years previously and it became beyond economic repair. The company should have acknowledged that this was a poor outcome.

After their installer damaged 2 panels whilst fitting a fridge freezer by drilling 4 holes all the way through, (9 months ago) these people have lied ( said they ordered replacement panels, then said the wrong ones arrived ) scheduled 4 no-show appointments to fix their damage and not responded to phone calls, or placed my calls on hold for 15/20 mins hoping I would hang up.
Still left with 2 damaged panels & no response for fixing them.

Received my Liebherr Fridgefreezer today. Super happy. Actually I was in contact with one of their staff since more than a month ago via WhatsApp. Super service and Super advice with no expectation from the seller. Constantly giving genuine advice. Not pushy at all. Almost getting free advice without any guarantee of purchase. Respect 🙌. Delivery was so smooth and excellent till installation. Very professional with care and handling. I would pay a little extra instead of going to other retailers. Highly recommended. Very happy with the product, advice and information provided from start to completion. 11/10. The extra 1 is my way of saying that I had an above and beyond service from the seller. Thank you 😊.

I am a landlord and ordered a second Bosch washer/drier from them recently, which they said was in stock. The availability of a five year warranty influenced my choice despite the extra cost. It turned out that it wasn't actually in stock and had to be delivered from Bosch a week later. There was no problem with that delivery but it does affect my score on this occasion.

Ok I could have done this myself but it would have been much harder. This was very easy. Broken old freezer - guys come and change it, swop doors round remove old fridger freezer. Job done. Food cold.

I was having major issues trying to order a new fridge freezer online and somehow ended up with 4 of them in my basket! I was getting very confused and didnt know what I had done wrong, I am 84 years old and not allways very good with these new fangled computers and ordering things online.

I decided to call up and was lucky enough to speak to Jordan. He could not have been any more helpfull and was such a patient young man. He took his time with me and did not rush me at all, even when I was getting a bit flustered and couldnt quite understand what was happening.

Jordan remained very calm and pateitnt throughout and explained everything to me in a way I could understand. He sorted out the 4 fridges in my basket and made sure I only ordered the one I actually wanted! He done everything right and I felt very reassured that it was all sorted properly.

I really do appriciate the help as I was getting quite worried that I had ordered 4 fridge freezers by mistake! Thankfully Jordan was there to sort me out. The order has now been placed and is booked, so I can finally stop worrying about it.

A big thank you to Jordan for being so kind, patient and helpfull. Customer service like this is very hard to find these days and I am very gratefull for all his help. He is a credit to the company and deserves to be recognised. Thank you again Jordan, you were brilliant.
