Booking the delivery is difficult you are given a day with no room for negotiation and only told the time slot the night before which led to having to reschedule and having to wait weeks. When the fridge arrived there was only one man who had not been given much time. It was mid afternoon and he still had 5 or 6 deliveries across different counties to go. Because I have a galley kitchen it would have been straight forward to wheel the fridge freezer through the side alley and in through the back door the way he easily managed to get the old one out but the company have a policy that the packaging cannot be removed and that would have been the only way for it to fit so he refused to do that and told me the only way to do it was through the house or he wouldn't do it at all. Of course when he got to the kitchen the packaging had to be removed anyway and now because cabinet handles, the cooker and the washing machine protrude it did get scratched but I had to sign to say it didn't or he would have left it or as he told me have been personally charged for it. Kitchen doors needed to come off which he did not have time to put back. I cannot be the only one with a galley kitchen and the policies make it impossibly difficult for the deliveries to be made efficiently.

I recently purchased a Liebherr Fridge Freezer from LongEaton Appliances and what an absolute pleasure it was doing business with them. Sales were very professional and helpful, price was less than other companies, delivery was thankfully brought foreward for me (on time, polite and helpful) and I even got a free 10yr warranty. What more can you possibly ask for, they will now be my first option when I'm looking for more items.

Recently bought a Neff Electric Oven from the Long Eaton Appliances & Kitchen Company.
It was easy to order a new Neff Oven as the friendly staff had good knowledge of their products.
The delivery and fitting were carried out by Richard. An exceptional expert fitter. Carried out the removal and fitting of the new Oven without any problems. An amiable guy who left no dust or mess after fitting and testing.
Would definitely recommend Long Eaton Appliances & Kitchen Company. I have used before and never disappointed.

Amazing service, from visiting the store to saying goodbye to Reg & Sean the delivery men! Cannot fault a thing. On delivery day, Reg & Sean didn’t have an easy job with the logistics but never once did they display irritation or moan. It’s refreshing to see there are happy people in their work with humour also!

I have been looking for a replacement cooker as my mothers cooker needed replacing due to the main oven becoming unserviceable, my partner and I have purchased several kitchen appliances over the years from Long Eaton Appliances and have always received the very best in customer service, my experience today has been consistent, James ( sales ) was extremely helpful and assisted me unquestionably with what I was looking for, I could have purchased the cooker I wanted very slightly cheaper at another retailer in the Leicester area but saving a few pounds is not always beneficial and due to how I was spoken to by an employee at that company a long time ago I said I’d not purchase anything from them, in today’s competitive world it’s how a person is treated as a customer and James was excellent 🙂
The item is on order and I have been advised I will be notified when delivery / fitting etc will take place.

Very smooth purchase, delivery and fitting. Was helped in store to find a washing machine suitable for us. It had to be ordered in for us, but the wait wasn’t too long. The two guys who delivered and fitted the machine were great, very polite and got the job done quickly, even asking for a brush and pan to sweep where the old machine was! Very happy with our purchase.
