Reg and Sean made sure everything was in place before leaving as the door needed to be changed over for left hand use and also the fixings for the internal drawers.

Reg was superb. Patiently talked me through everything I needed to know offering helpful suggestions as to the simplest approach to getting used to the machine. For the first time ever (and I am 77!) I learned how to know when the machine is fully loaded!! Sean was very much in the background but quietly polite and pleasant.

Top firm with great sale and installation staff. The delivery and installation of our fridge-freezer was seamless and Richard did a superb job. We bought our previous AEG fridge-freezer from Long Eaton Appliances 12 years ago and just changed it for an updated model. Very good company and staff and I can highly recommend it. Good job!

Long Eaton Appliances gave me a delivery date for my new fridge and met it with no delays or rescheduling. Delivery service was great, Reg & Oliver had the old fridge dismantled and out of the house and the new one unpacked and fitted within half an hour. Brilliant service, absolutely using them again.

We went to Long Eaton Appliance looking to replace our intergrated fridge freezer. After looking around we spoke to Jo who helped us find what we wanted.
The process was less than 30 minutes, excellent
The only downside was it was 3 weeks for it to be fitted. We understand and its great that they are so busy.
We managed....
Richard arrived just after 9 in the morning (it was throwing it down) he was very friendly and very efficient.
Put down sheeting where he was working so no mess.
He was very meticulous in levelling everything and it was peace of mind knowing it had been fitted correctly.
He gave us a run through on the controls and advised us not to switch on until last thing last night so everything had time to settle.
Et voila, this morning I have a new, working fridge freezer.

Long Eaton Appliance and Kitchen Company were not only cheaper than ao.com who I usually buy my kitchen appliances from they gave free delivery as well!…so I know who I’ll be checking out next time I need something!…and you should too!
From the time I ordered to the day it was delivered I was kept informed at all times so there was no chasing them up asking where my cooker was. Nice to see in this day and age as usually they have your money and then make you whistle for your order!

I visited & spoke to james with prerequisites regarding American freezer regarding space & ice maker .. he gave me options which suited exactly what I needed ..
On delivery Reg & sean were very helpful , unpacked & brought into the kitchen . Setup & gave me a quick run down .. what more could you ask. Third item I’ve purchased from these guys , won’t be the last … thank you !!!

The process from buying to delivery was very smooth and the staff were willing to help in anyway they could. Great prices and delivered when I needed the appliances
