Where’s my order? The USPS tracking shows a label created but they haven’t received a package to ship. That was on 02/18/2026? So, where’s my order?

I did not receive a product. I paid money, I trusted JagShaving would send me an order, and this is a second reminder to rate my experience. Will JagShaving please respond?

Nice product, one of the best shaves I had, so impressed I bought two other Jag razors. The shipping is horrendous, unnecessarily slow, but they take your money right away.

Ordered two items -- one item was incorrect (a razor stand sent instead of shaving brush stand ordered) and the other item, a stainless steel safety razor, had significant corrosion in the razor head. Have repeatedly tried to raise customer service and have received no response.

Long waiting period, and no update provided on order.

Falsche Ware geliefert, Verkäufer reagiert auf Reklamation erst nur sehr langsam und ausweichend, dann gar nicht mehr. Das Geld ist weg, den Artikel, den ich jetzt habe, wollte ich nie. Sehr schlechte Erfahrung.

Great range of products delivered on time

What was really nice about ordering from JAG shaving was that the product I ordered was exactly as featured and the shipping was really quick . I buy quite a lot of products off the Internet and I get very very disappointed when something takes 12 weeks to arrive because it’s coming from China. This was really simple. I ordered a really nice razor. It was very stylish was exactly as described and was compatible with the razor blades that I use so I ordered it paid for it. Very reasonable cost and it arrived within a couple of days. This is how shopping should be.

Dit is gewoon rommel wat ze voor veel geld verkopen. Van mij ging het scheermes net na de garantie stuk na amper gebruikt te zijn. Dit bedrijf is ook erg vaag met informeren hoe de garantie in elkaar zit bij aankoop.
Niet kopen.

The Straight Shaving Razor With Plastic Handle wasn't as described or of the same quality as the other items ordered, it was only after using it that I noticed the dye/paint on my hands from the paint covered wooden handle not plastic, it was some kind of water based colouring which isn't the best choice for something what is more likely to get wet, the blade was very loose in the handle.
The JAG's Lee Shaving Kit and Double Edge Safety Razor - Black Handle were both great quality and would recommend them.

Ordered placed on 1st of Jan and a week later I'm not heard anything about shipment f purchase but you want a review of my experience? I expected delays as it's the holidays but have had zero communication about the order since placing the order itself (except for the How Did We Do? email).

I would like to give a wonderfull appreciation of having a Jagshaving purchase but nothing received at the moment, the delay has maybe something to do with "the days" but other online purchases has already found their destination... I have patience because it is a busy moment for the pickers and the delivery men, fingers crossed my 150€ present still makes a smile on the lucky one in a few days but it will be not a X-mas present anymore ;)

Order 1446 place on July 30th,2024. By August 30th, no email confirmation , no product has arrived, and no ability to contact by email or phone. Attempts at email unsuccessfully . No tracking information despite paying the additional fee for tracking. Ordered before with delayed delivery (eventually received), but lack of communication makes it seem like a scam.

I have never received my order, number #1448.
I have had no updates.
Your email address is non-functional, my emails bounce back as unable to deliver.

Liefert nichts. Keine Antwort auf Emails. Artikel wurden nicht mal versendet. Geld über Paypal zurückgefordert und erhaltenerhalten

My order hasn’t been delivered, and can’t be tracked. I’ve been asked to review the service. I can only assume I’ve been scammed

Ordered an item on 19th of February and it is not delivered. Contacting the firm seems impossible.
