We had a great experience
We had a great experience. The seller Bibin was very helpful in advising us the best computers for our needs. He looked precisely at which ones were best for the programmes I use. He was also very patient for we were hesitating between a few. We're very happy in the end with the computer we bought and we'll come back to Harvey Norman.

I had a fantastic experience collecting my furniture from the Harvey Norman warehouse. The entire process was smooth, well-organised, and hassle-free from start to finish.
A special thank you to Teka Lulendo, who provided outstanding customer service. He was incredibly friendly, professional, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of. Not only did he ensure my order was ready, but he also helped load the furniture into my car, making the collection process quick and easy.
It’s not often you come across someone who genuinely takes the time to help and make sure you leave with a positive experience. Teka’s willingness to go the extra mile really stood out and made a lasting impression.
I really appreciate the excellent service and would happily collect from this warehouse again. Thank you to Teka and the team for making the experience so easy and enjoyable. Highly recommended!

They fixed the furniture. There was problem with recliner opening mechanism which they took the video and send it Harvey Norman.
