I had a really positive experience with Lehila Owen. She always called back when requested and kept me informed throughout the process, which I really appreciated. She also made sure both parties were kept up to date with what was happening at each stage.

Unfortunately I was stuck in a chain sale, so although some of the conversations weren’t the most enjoyable due to the situation, that was absolutely no fault of Lehila. She was always clear about the next steps and made sure I understood what was happening.

She also chased up a few matters to help keep things moving, especially when the solicitor was tied up with other work, which really helped speed the process along.

She was very soft-spoken, patient, and understanding of my circumstances, which made a stressful situation feel much easier to deal with. I did want to thank her in person, but unfortunately I wasn’t able to meet her when I went into the office.

Overall, I’m very grateful for her help and support during the process.

This is the third time I've used Hardisty (Horsforth branch) to sell and I can highly recommend them. I've been so happy with their level of professionalism and standard of work. We got a couple of quotes but from the moment Andrew came to complete a valuation, I knew they were the company for us. He was so respectful of and complimentary about our family home; he immediately put me at ease. No hard sell - the meeting was factual and informative. He gave me the impression we would be in safe hands from the offset and he was right. The photographer took stunning photos of our home which really helped it to shine and generated plenty of interest - so important in the age of online property searches. Luke our Sales Negotiator and Lehila our Sales Progressor have both been an absolute pleasure to work with. The process hasn't been without its challenges but Luke and Lehila have remained voices of calm, professional and knowledgeable support throughout. They have worked incredibly hard, communicated regularly so we always knew what was going on and we've consistently felt they had our best interests at heart. Luke has also recently provided additional, invaluable support and advice regarding purchases - above and beyond his remit. Lehila takes a forensic approach to unpicking any challenges along the way, meaning you can be sure you are being given the best possible advice. Georgina the Branch Manager handles situations with the kind of slick efficiency that's crucial at tricky moments! Something I'm struggling to put into words but I'll try my best - conversations are the right balance of warmth and professionalism. I think the 'warmth' part is often overlooked in large organisations but it's so important, especially with something as emotionally driven as moving house. Hardisty are on point with this.

We are coming towards the end of the process now and I feel 100% confident we made the right choice choosing Hardisty.
