The chest of drawers I bought is like a piece of art! It's made of really good quality solid wood and delivered in perfect condition. Delivery was fast, too, within the given time frame. There's nothing to complain about, really. I didn't deal with anyone at the company, but their delivery service was top-notch.

Delivered quickly, safely and packaging removed. The Jensen chair in ochre is absolutely gorgeous, very high quality. Delighted.

Abysmal service! Ordered 2 pieces of furniture supplied by Andrew Piggott approx 6 weeks delivery.I had to chase this up every step of the way and was given misinformation each time.I gave my moving date which I repeated several times and I needed it delivered by then.I was then told the furniture had arrived in London and would be picked up on the Thursday to then go to Scotland.Again I had to reach out to get reassurance that it would arrive on time to be told that could not be guaranteed and they suggested the order was cancelled.Fortunately I was able to source the furniture elsewhere(cheaper) and it was delivered within 3 days also coming from London.The only positive bit is the refund was quicker than the furniture,8 weeks at this point!

Information on the item I was interested. I was amazed with all the information I was given and it helped me decide on which product I wanted. I knew it was going to be a long wait as I was told it was coming from Italy. All I can say it was worth the wait. I am extremely happy with my sideboard I ordered the high gloss white Treviso sideboard. It was also delivered with care. I got regular updates from the company and also from the delivery company. It came flat pack and looked very complicated to put together. However once I got all the pieces in order it wasn’t very hard at all. I used more of my brain when it came to the door hinges on how to get it all aligned. Again it was a doddle as soon I understood the process. It is a two person job to put together as the pieces are very heavy. The design of this sideboard is luxury and it is also very good quality. Nothing got chipped when putting it together which gave me the confidence that it’s a very good purchase and won’t get damaged. It is definitely worth buying and will look pretty where ever you put it. I am also extremely pleased with the price of this sideboard as other companies are selling similar but at a higher price. 💯
