Scam Artist's Name & Instagram Account

INSTAGRAM of the SCAM ARTIST(S) HERE: @kittaxsmith and @owen.knows

An article written by Dan Neidle titled, "Scam of the Day: The Fake “Company-Registry” Preying on New Companies" mentions the name of the scam artist ("registered agent") of Company Registry LLC. Her name is Kitta Sourinphoumy (maiden name), also known as Kitta Elefante (prior married name). She now goes as Kitta Smith, married to her creep husband, Owen Smith where they reside in Miami Florida peddling knock-off elliosa pilates grip socks, among other things they do for avenues of income. She has had many failed "businesses". (if drop-shipping cheaply-made fast fashion items from China on Shopify can be considered a "business") Looks like Kitta and her husband Owen use the money they scam other people out of for lush vacations, for her to get plastic surgery (bad plastic surgery, from the looks of it-) and for them to both live a specific kind of "luxury" lifestyle. At least, they certainly emulate it online.

IGNORE! Just a Non-UK company touting for business

If possible I would give a zero (or even -5!) This is a non UK company that I am guessing are trawling the Public company register daily for newly formed UK companies and then sending them a letter that looks like they have done their best to look "official" and implies that you need to act immediately or you will lose a service that you require. Also their domain using a ".org" to further the implication they are either non-profit or an official UK organization which they are definitely not. Dont bother reporting them, or wasting more time on these energy vampires. There are no contact details on the letter, nor their website (not even an email address), on which the registrant seems to be "General Digital Pte Ltd" which is a marketing company seemingly based in Singapore. My advice, AVOID!

Scam

Scam

Received a letter from them pretending to be a government body and asking for a payment. They don't even deserve 1 stars but can't select anything less than that.

Beware of this SCAM!!

I’m an accountant and this company sent a letter to one of my clients.

This appears to be an overseas company that is mascarading themselves as a government body and it is my view that they are intentionally targeting newly incorporated companies with their fraudulent letters sent to arrive at the same time as other genuine correspondence.

Their sole aim is to dupe new directors into paying for an unnecessary service and bizarrely they still offer an irrelevant first year COVID-19 discount in a failed attempt to portray themselves as a decent company.

They are trying to defraud people who register businesses by insinuating you need to complete registry of your business by paying them money. This is definitely not the case. The small print on their fraud attempt letter does make this clear so they obviously know the scam style tactics they are using. Despicable scum.
