Best customer service… Caolainn
Caolainn was the best customer service person I've ever come across. She explained everything to me. She gave me a great quote and assurance that the contractor would be at my place that day. Contractors were also fantastic they did the job in less than a day. I'm talking about a big unit of heat and air-conditioning. They cleaned after themselves and they were friendly. Thankyou Caolainn for your lovely work. I would recommend this company to anyone.

My gas heating broke down...
When my gas heating broke down, it prompted me to electrify. I chose Carbon Savers because not only could they supply solar panels and a battery in due course - but they were incredibly helpful finding me a new split heating system, and installing it *really* fast in midwinter. Everyone I've dealt with - sales team (Micky, Michael, Ben), tech inspector Geoff, Lowri in accounts, installers Luke, John, Renze - has been extremely professional and a joy to deal with. We recently had the Emerald 320L…
We recently had the Emerald 320L All-in-One Heat Pump Hot Water System installed by Carbon Savers and couldn't be happier with the overall experience.
From the start, Rio made the whole process easy. He took the time to clearly explain how the system works, what to expect during installation, and walked us through all the procedures - no jargon, just straightforward and helpful advice.
Najim, plumber handled the installation and did a great job. We did experience a minor hiccup in the first day where the water wasn't getting hot enough, but when we called Carbon Savers, Najim went above and beyond - after finishing his day's work, he came out at 8PM to diagnose and fix the issue on the same evening. That kind of after-hours dedication is rare and really stood out to us.
We're now into our third week and the system is running perfectly. Highly recommend Carbon Savers, Rio, and Najim to anyone considering a heat pump hot water system in Melbourne!

From the very start to completion took…
From the very start to completion took about a month and with Caolainn’s guidance the process was very easy. My heater was broken and it was starting to get cooled and with Caolainn’s quick thinking we had a new heater as well as a new hot water service all installed and a battery on the way all within less than a week!!
The battery has now been installed and signed off, everything done within a month. Excellent service, great tradies, polite, well spoken. Great job.
Thank you Caolainn we now have everything we need, a complete upgrade thanks to you and your team.
