The two gents, Brady and Ryan were very helpful and knew their stuff. They answered all my questions and weren't here that long at all. Job well done

The subsequent response from Carbon Savers ignores and fails to address the fact of how energy savings can be achieved without a thorough understanding of what our solar system currently produces and conducting an onsite test and assessment‼️
I was informed by their sales representative that I would be making significant savings from day one; that is a lie and an impossible claim to make‼️
Please proceed with caution ‼️
I had a very pleasant experience and conversation with a Carbon Savers salesperson yesterday.
Site unseen, current installed solar system unproven they were happy to saddle us with a $200 a month fee for 6 years to install batteries 🪫 and a heat pump.
They used the usual pressure tactics of;
-Discounts
-We have limited available stock, only six batteries 🔋 left in stock
-I have to consult with my manager
I’m 70 and a pensioner living on a very tight budget.
Don’t let these guys pressure you into something you don’t need and can’t afford.

“Buyer beware”‼️

The guys who came today were great and got the job done well. However the company needs to review its business model as plumber turned up last week to discover the system couldn’t be installed due to location and extra support needed. This should be identified prior to engaging the staff to travel here.

Quick and easy installation and they worked so well with all the other tradies today.

What can I say. The whole experience of getting a heat pump replacement for our gas’s hot water service was easy and seamless. From our initial inquiry and follow up conversations with Megan it all went smoothly. Megan informed us of the discounts we could get and was incredibly patient while we sorted out the information required to receive these discounts. As our hot water system had totally stopped working Megan organised for us to get an emergency appointment and the new heat pump was installed the very next morning. The 2 installers we very friendly and professional and worked quickly and cleanly. They ensured both my husband and I were shown all the features of the pump. They took away our old hot water service and left the area spotless. I would have no hesitation in recommending Carbon Savers to anyone wanting to upgrade their hot water, air conditioning or Solar systems.

Ryan and Brady did a great job. Friendly, knowledgeable and explained everything in simple terms.

The installing process was seamless and well organised. The installers worked efficiently, informed me of what they were doing and removed the old GAS HWS.

I thought it would be a difficult process but they were all so professional and worked in together I wished all trades people worked this way. Thank You.

Ruben and the installers at carbon savers were first class, no complaints at all, but the emerald unit is cheap junk and hasn’t worked from day one despite numerous emails, phone calls, call-outs and a new control board. Just spend the money and buy a decent brand-name HWS.

Finally got to wave goodbye to gas in our house & go fully electric. I thought the transition might be complicated. But right from the offset .. Carbon Savers were exceptional. From the first phone call with a very efficient gregarious staff member called Mark who made the process effortless… from explaining the process, the rebates & the future savings. He helped lodged the various rebates so again it was effortless. From talking to Mark on the Thursday our old gas system was taken away & replaced by an Emerald electric heater in less than 24 hours. The efficiency was off the charts. The installers were here before their ETA, & were super professional & all was done & dusted within an hour & a half. Again the staff are a credit to Carbon savers. Hats off to you all thank you

Very professional and install system very fast and remove old system and clean the area.

4 is my rating as some minor mistakes were made,
however I would rate customer support and taking
ownership of these mistakes a solid 5.
We dealt with Rhys Fry who was extremely easy to get on with and totally supported us through the sales and
installation process, we changed split system brand at last moment, no problem.
It’s rare these days for people to accept responsibility
for a mistake,but Carbon savers and the installation team did without trying to blame others or pretending
it’s all ok. Credit due!
In conclusion,we have a extremely efficient split system
installed to a very high standard , once again a big thank
you to Rhys Fry and the team at Carbon savers. Would
highly recommend.

The team that handled my requirement, from quotation to scheduling to actual installation was awesome. Communication was seamless and they were on top of everything, especially Kaylen. No delays and drama experienced. Hats off to the team. I requested if they can plug off my gas supply to the gas stove (since I was shifting to induction) which they did, at no extra cost. Definitely recommended. Five stars to you!

Isabelle was extremely helpful and very professional in the way she assisted us in completing the documention to apply for our rebates.

Isabelle also kept us informed and up to date with the process of our application-What a refreshing change

On the day of the install, the technicians were equally impressive, friendly, helpful, and very open to answering my questions about the new system. It was a seamless process from the initial quote to the final walkthrough. I’m very happy with the service and would highly recommend them!
