I’d like to acknowledge the way this company handled a rectification relating to an air conditioning relocation.

The system was originally installed in September 2023, and while issues emerged over time, the company ultimately honoured the rectification. Since last year, the Customer Care Manager, Tom, attended our home multiple times to review the installation, identify issues, and discuss solutions.

For the final relocation, Tom attended in person and worked alongside the installer for several hours to ensure the work was completed properly. The approach taken demonstrated accountability, professionalism, and a genuine commitment to customer satisfaction.

I appreciate the effort made to resolve the matter fully and satisfactorily.

This company were amazing from start to finish the phone call the booking the pricing even the servicing has been so easy and so professional I have already recommended them to at least one other person who has taken them on board. Amazing if you need Aircon these are your people.

The staff were very knowledgeable and explained what was needed and processed a warranty issue which was fixed in no time. Very happy with the work performed.

We have had such an amazing experience with Smarter Air and Electrical.

Alex who dealt with our quote and queries was fantastic. He was fast, efficient and understanding. As we have never had ducted aircon before he was fantastic at answering our questions and explaining it to me.

Installation day was less than 2 weeks from the time we signed the agreement and paid the deposit.

Installation day went super smooth. The team arrived 15 minutes early which is was fantastic with our morning routine and no offense but unheard of having trades arrived on time let alone early! The guy who did our walk through (Sorry i cant remember his name) was so patient and understanding. Was super clear on what was happening and was reassuring.

The two guys who did our electrical work (Tane and sorry i cant remember the other guys name) was great. They worked back making sure everything was completed and even showed us how to use our air touch. Even though it was after 5pm he still did the two updates, set up everything and even helped customize it. Tane was super helpful the following day even though it was his day off. He never made us feel silly or that we were bothering him on his day off.

The experience we had with every team member was fantastic. They are all very knowledgeable and understanding.

I couldn't recommend Smarter Air and Electrical higher enough. If your reading reviews trying to decide which company to use I would 100% use these guys.

The team at Smarter Air & Electrical made the whole process of adding ducted air to our new home so easy. They designed the perfect system to suit our new build, quoted a fair and reasonable price, were flexible with installation dates (due to building delays) and the completed the installation seamlessly in half a day. The whole team from sales, scheduling to installation were all courteous and helpful. I would highly recommend to anyone looking to get a ducted a/c system to call them.

We recently had a 10kW Samsung ducted air conditioning system installed in our 4-bedroom low-set home by SmarterAir, and we couldn’t be happier with the entire experience!
