They got me earrings I wanted . They seem to be nothing wrong .

Ordered 3 items between 2 sellers and receipts were shared on requests. All items are authentic. Be vigilant and ask all questions to the seller and request picture/receipt as proof of purchase.

Inaccurate description of product (rimowa phone case - purchased iPhone 11 case & they sent iPhone 8) & then would not allow a return.

BUYMA claims I chose an iPhone 11 XS. One problem…there is no such model as an iPhone 11 XS. The XS model was the model prior to the iPhone 11.

I recently purchased a Louis Vuitton purse through Buyma for my wife for 2022 Christmas. My wife immediately disputed the authenticity of the purse because of some missing items that come with the real purses. Such as the Louis Vuitton Monogram on the inside of the purse at the pocket not being there and also the shoulder strap was unusually made in different widths. The purse was photographed and reviewed and subjected to authenticity through a renowned jeweler in local San Diego area who handles luxury items also. They determine that the purse was counterfeit. Buyma swears by their guarantee of the authenticity of the luxury items that they handle. This has been an extremely anxious and frustrating time for us as I bought through Buyma to save $100. They swore that the purse was authentic it came from Italy and my wife's Christmas was ruined right away and now that we have learned that it is a fake. The purse was purchased with my American Express card which credited me for the purchase and abolished me of all cost. Buyma is that the top of the list on Google and should be more ethical in the dealings of their business.
I do not recommend anyone using them and I should have looked up all of the disputes that were involved with this company before I purchased through them. There were not many issues from people complaining from authenticity. This just proves that it can happen. Thank God for American Express.

I have recently shopped from buyma and can confirm that Buyma.US is legit but articles listed here are overpriced as most of the articles are sold out articles which you won't find anywhere else except buyma and thisnis the only reason why i love shopping from buyma😍
Imp : Before placing an order just make sure to confirm with the seller and request them to ship via Dhl or through any other realiable courier company and ask to avoid national posts.

Inquired about availability and was told they couldn't honor their listed price. I reloaded the item and it was $150 higher now than it had been.

Was also hesitant to order from buyma us because of the reviews all over the internet, but since my desired luxury item is available only from this personal shopper (@doodle) in buyma I decided to give it a try and Its one of the best service ever. It took 4 days from Japan to Philippines and the items are legit.

Here's my tips for future buyers:

1. Choose a personal shopper with
- High Sales (mine was 200plus sales)
- 4.5 stars and above
2. Try to buy the cheapest item FIRST from the personal shopper account before your major purchase. This will help u observe if the shopper has a good service. (my shopper buy/ship my items within the day/next day after I placed my order)

My experience with buyma.us has been a great one!! because of the the seller that I bought from: BREBEMI. They are AWESOME!! Their communication is great, with AUTHENTIC items! They have a wide range of luxury items with great prices!!! I was skeptical because of all the negative reviews i have been seeing on buyma.us, but i still decided to take a chance because of the reviews that is under the BREBEMI shop and i also did a little bit of research. I reached out to them to see if an item is available and they responded within 24hours. They told me that it was available, I ordered my bag. They then sent me a confirmation that they received my order, and notified that my order will be shipped out in 1-2 business days, and they shipped it out in that exact time frame. They shipped my item using DHL with tracking. I am located in the USA. I got my bag today and I am so happy with it. I am advocating for this shop because they really delivered 5 star professionalism. I will shop with them again. They are a legit business. I AM SPEAKING FROM EXPERIENCE!!! Thank you BREBEMI.

Don't buy anything here. This place is similar to Amazon and allows third party sellers to sell items to you and they do not communicate with each other.
I purchased what I thought were Stella McCartney pants, WRONG pants arrived, COMPLETELY different pants! The seller on Buyma told me to use the return shipping label to return to Hampden Clothing and Buyma or Enigmo instructed Paypal for the pants be shipped to Japan. Paypal Dispute Case ID PP-D-127196234
The seller and Buyma do not communicate. $816 pants, so far NO REFUND, I mailed the pants back to Hampden. Return FEDEX #Tracking # 284086558231
Once these pants are recived by Hampden I expect a refund or I will dispute it out with Paypal or my credit card company.

Bought Chanel eyeglasses took 2 weeks, had no problems buying.

I have been selling items on Buyma since March it is very reliable and all the products are authentic.
The company usually ask seller for receipt with all the details especially if it’s luxury brand.
Also it’s better to ask seller for stock availability before you purchase because usually sellers will order the items after you make a purchase.
Make sure to ask for shipping time frame to the seller because usually their shipping estime is for Japanese customers who live in Japan.

If you're going to purchase high priced items online apply for a credit card that will cover fraudulent transactions. Not all do. If you don't receive your item in a timely manner don't wait more than you need to. The longer you wait the harder it is to file. When you do file have all pertinent information ready for the credit card company. I learned this the hard way. If it's too good to be true..well you know the rest.

My first time ordering took two weeks to receive the Gucci sandals everything went well you suppose to talk to the seller before placing the order

After reading these reviews from other customers I think I’m going to pass on Buyma! The reviews are horrible and if the service is this bad as people say, they shouldn’t be allowed to sell in America!!! I’m pissed because I really wanted them Gucci multicolor sandles!!!!!!

Buyma is a scam! I purchased a $3800 Louis Vuitton backpack. Seller "CalUs' out of Austria emailed me to say it was shipped Dec 19th. December 29, 2020. I received an email that the package was received in ISC USPS NY. Since then, I havent heard a thing. I called USPS and they said it appears to be lost and since it was shipped internationally only the sender can initiate an investigation. I tried contacting Buyma for help. They sent me a link to the sender. I emailed the sender several times and they have refused to respond. So without their help it seems I've lost $3800. I emailed Buyma several times asking for their help and now they are not responding.
