Waiting for my order for a month and it has not shipped yet. Seller doesn’t answer, customer service does nothing. Very bad experience!!!

(Recently purchased a counterfeit Louis Vuitton…)

I recently purchased a Louis Vuitton purse through Buyma (7MONTHS AGO) for my wife for 2022 Christmas. My wife immediately disputed the authenticity of the purse because of some missing items that come with the real purses. Such as the Louis Vuitton Monogram on the inside of the purse at the pocket not being there and also the shoulder strap was unusually made in different widths. The purse was photographed and reviewed and subjected to authenticity through a renowned jeweler in local San Diego area who handles luxury items also. They determine that the purse was counterfeit. Buyma swears by their guarantee of the authenticity of the luxury items that they handle. This has been an extremely anxious and frustrating time for us as I bought through Buyma to save $100. They swore that the purse was authentic it came from Italy and my wife's Christmas was ruined right away and now that we have learned that it is a fake. The purse was purchased with my American Express card which credited me for the purchase and abolished me of all cost. Buyma is that the top of the list on Google and should be more ethical in the dealings of their business.
I do not recommend anyone using them and I should have looked up all of the disputes that were involved with this company before I purchased through them. There were not many issues from people complaining from authenticity. This just proves that it can happen. Thank God for American Express.

We called the jeweler you brought the item right after and they confirmed that they didn't say it was inauthentic. They just couldn't verify the brand new items since latest LV removed serial numbers and apply microchip system. Additionally, your AMEX decided your claim was not correct.

A MONTH AGO IN ITALY WITH PROOF OF RETURN THRU USPS ALL DOCUMENTED PHOTOGRAPHY WITH AMEX. STILL NO RESPONSE FROM THE SELLER.
BUYMA IS STILL BILLING MY AMERICAN EXPRESS CARD 7 MONTHS LATER. MY RECOMMENDEDATION.....

I had a great experience purchasing a pair of LV shoes from BUYMA.US. The item arrived quickly and was brand new with the box and dust bags.

I highly recommend contacting the seller and having them send photos of the item or any authentication information they may have before buying because people have said they’ve been scammed. My experience was 100% great and I am fully happy. The seller sent me the photos I asked for, they shipped promptly and when receiving the bag I knew it was real. It came very quickly, arriving in around 4-5 days.it was nicely packed and the process was super easy.

She kept her promises and makes me very happy with purchase. Highly recommend

Very Happy but be patient.
The platform is great and I managed to find a beautiful dress that was practically sold out everywhere in UK and rest of Europe. The cost was very reasonable and since BUYMA works as a third party agent I was able to contact the seller immediately and I was reassured instantly all parties involved were going to make it happen. But If I had to advise anyone purchasing from the UK make sure you seat back and relax because by the time the item was shipped and reached customs it stayed there for almost 3 weeks. Nobody's fault and absolutely no control over it. BUYMA were good at checking up on progress with me and I was very lucky the seller was great too. I did worry but I also got over it and i have my item now and look stunning in it :-). Will buy again for sure

I purchased Celine belt less than retail price in US (because I could use promo code!), the the personal shopper shipped the item from Italy to US via Fedex it took 2 days to deliver.
They included the receipt so it proves the item is authentic, it was purchase at Rinascente which is the luxury department store in Italy. I'm very happy about my experience! I would recommend the customers to communicate with personal shoppers before making purchases to make sure their service meets your expectations.

Buyer beware! I ordered a Gucci key pouch, it took a month to receive, there was no receipt and item is FAKE. There is no way to contact Buyma, no email or contact number. So unless you're feeling lucky, I wouldn't gamble on a purchase with this company
