Everything is fine, but I wish the US page would have as many products as the Japanese page. Many products that I wish I could buy aren’t available in the US page.

After initial disappointment, SUCCESS!
After an initial purchase for the first time on the site not being a pleasant one, for a specific item. Things improved, once I contacted BUYMA. I believe that issue was with the seller, not the site itself. A week after having made payment for my item, I still had not heard from that seller and they never responded to any of my messages, until I involved the company site. That transaction was cancelled and refunded and I then found the same item from a different seller and that transaction was seamless! In addition, for the inconvenience, BUYMA US then sent me a discount code that I could apply to that second attempt at my first purchase on their site. Thank you so much to both BUYMA and to my second seller, who made my experience on their site, ultimately a good one!
