I couldn't see where my package was ask them and wouldn't reply i don't why then i wanted to cancel it but it didn't work i still got the package tho

I was very apprehensive initially as I’ve never used Buyma before, but had an absolutely fantastic experience with the seller I worked with.

the packing could have been much better as it came through japan post.

Easy transaction. Great communication with buyer and good email updates on the shipping process which is reassuring since a purchase might go through several countries. I would definitely feel very confident shopping via Buyma again. Oh, and I loved my purchase!

All my transactions went well but the site shuts down on July 31. Why?

I’d been obsessing for months about the sold out Zara loafers. They were perfect Row dupes. I couldn’t find them anywhere. Thanks to Marcos diligence, they showed up at my door in less than 3 weeks.

Reliable from start to finish. Being a first time customer I was unsure as to what to expect. The seller kept me informed along the way and was always prompt in addressing my questions/concerns. Shipping was fast from overseas. My experience was so positive that I would not hesitate to purchase from this company’s sellers again.

Do not use this company, absolutely disgusting, tried to cancel an order, they replied in broken English that sorry its already been sent, an hour after I've ordered it,🤔 when I received my order they said "sorry i do not supported return" then blocked me🤬

I had to track these sandals down but it was well worth it. Customer service was great answering all my questions. I love the sandals!! Fit great & so comfortable.

I purchased 3 extra large adidas Originals track pants from a vendor on Buyma.us website and seller sends me Asian size XL which is actually a U.S. Large as indicated in the sewn in size Tag on each of the 3 items.
That alone should have been enough to have Buyma Customer Service issue a return label but the multiple pictures showing that the seller sent the wrong item wasn't enough.

They wanted measurement to compare to the adidas website.

I not only measured the Asian Extra Large track pants but provided the pictures of a brand new adidas Originals size U.S. Large Track pants placed on top of the Asian Extra Large track pants and the U.S. waist line (when laid flat) was bigger than the Asian EXTRA Large by 1/4 inch.

This too should have been enough.

That email was sent on the 24th of April but Buyma sent me yet another request to measure the pants that I have already measured several times as well as provided pictures of and that is abusive and unacceptable!

I warned Buyma that in 48 I would be filing a chargeback with my bank if they didn't send a return label. 48 hours later they sent yet another request for measurements that I've already furnished???

FIFTEEN+ DAYS AND BUYMA FAILED TO PROTECT THE BUYER FOR ITEMS THE SELLER SHIPPED IN THE WRONG SIZE IS WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT WHEN BUYING ON BUYMA

NEVER AGAIN!

As a new user on Buyma's platform, my initial experience was disappointing. I ordered 4 items from a seller, and received 3 incorrect items. The one correct item I received was damaged. Despite providing photos and evidence, Buyma sided with the seller, denying my refund/return request. This platform allows for individual sellers, and Buyma's investigation process seems biased towards them. I'm still waiting for a fair resolution and have informed Buyma that I will involve my bank if necessary. Be cautious when using this platform.
