I ordered 5 items, approx $117..dollars worth on September 15, it is now Oct 19 and have not received anything. Realizing I might have just been scammed. 😡

Cheap material and took forever to arrive. This clothing line is so misleading!! I’m so disappointed. I spent $50 on a dress that probably cost $2 to make in China.

I have sent TWO emails for initiating my return per their policy and now it’s been 3 days! They said to return within 14 days so I’m running out of time.
They’re sizes are OFF.
I wish I would’ve read these reviews prior to shopping with them.
This is very bad customer service!

Very bad experience. I ordered a dress but never received it. Apparently they misspelled my address. 3 months later they still refuse to refund.
Spare yourself the risk of ordering from them.

Absolute trash. I ordered 6 items based of their sizing recommendations, and they all hang on me like potato sacks. They don't look anything like their photos, and the material is crap. I ordered these items when they were running a FREE SHIPPING/FREE RETURNS special. I didn't receive the items until 6 WEEKS AFTER I placed my order. They now are not honoring their free returns. Spare yourself the disastrous mistake of ordering from them!

I ordered a long dress, it arrived in about a month. I'm satisfied because it is beautiful, the same as in the picture. The material is waterproof, like un umbrella, but I liked it as the dress looks beautiful, and I feel comfortable. Also the size was right described, so I don't need to make changes. I thank the seller!

They don't deserve not 1 star. This company is a scam! They are based out of China, and their products do NOT match the picture. I ordered boots and what I got in the mail was unacceptable. They couldn't even place them in a shoebox. The item came with dents due to a lack thereof. There were folds and creases due to poor quality material. I don't know what the boots are made of, but the picture shows faux leather and suede. The boots aren't even to the least correct color. The whole boot is false and just complete trash. Plus, their customer service are regards. Save yourselves!

I am completely disappointed. Don’t trust this site.
The dress and the skirt from Bonboho looks nothing like the one I saw in the site.
The fabric of the dress was like the one that made the cheap umbrellas, and the fabric of the skirt was like a kind of plastic. I will never wear these clothes.
I don’t want to return these clothes because I am sure that all clothes of this shop will be the same bad.

Have just purchased a dress from Bonboho looks nothing like the one ordered . i am struggling to get a return address to send item back it is very frustrating .The dress was $44 and they say you have to pay for return shipping and could cost a lot to return so offered a $5 refund and keep the dress .
I don"t want the dress. Just make it simple if not happy should have a bag to ship back not a good experience .

ordered 5 items from bonboho. the white skirt was completely transparent! the beach dress was too short tho was loose in shoulders ( i specially ordered bigger size to make sure it will be a long enough as a dress as advertised!!not a top!) as well material was very poor and color not white but dirty white greyish. trousers were again small and very uncomfortable material to wear. the bikini i ordered looks ok but i need to sew it myself to adjust to fit. for those 3 items ii was not happy with i received 7$ refund. i did not send them back as it is expensive and been told that i would have to pay a shipping fee when ordered as well!!! tho shipping was free!! but they would subtract it plus return fee...so yes if you want to return items it does not worth it!
