Do not EVER use these terrible people.

Don’t buy from this site, order never received show’s delivery to different address .
There is no way to get in contact with them.
Give email don’t work. Save your money and time.

A placed an order on 26th of october.
Tracking says it has been delivered but I never got it.
I mailed the customer service 2 times.
No reaction.
It was a lot of money for me and I really feel ripped off.

I have ordered two items . It’s been sent to an area miles away the photo of delivery I have never seen before and the email address to contact them does not exist so I can’t make contact with them

Purchased a dress on their website and entered all of the correct information. They shipped it to an entirely different place and refused to correct the situation by either replacing it or refunding my money. Don't order anything from this scam company.

Years ago I purchased this amazing fur trimmed long sweater jacket! I got so many compliments on it!!! Loved it, then I lost it😔. I paid over $60.00 to replace it, they still had it In their inventory! The new one was so cheap!!! Fur was different, the material was unlined and flimsy junk, the colors were faded. So disappointed, I have to goodwill. Not wearable for me. I was a frequent customer, 2 out of every 8 items were keepers and just like reported by others, they don’t want any returns!

I ordered from this company a couple of times and got exactly what I ordered, all fit, all good. August 2022 ordered again, never got it and they said it was delivered. Not to me! Anyway I persisted, daily emails, I never stopped trying to get resolution. I finally fought the charges on my MC and they reimbursed me. Now they are sending me the product free of charge. Don't stop bugging them!

I ordered a white dress for my wedding but received an ugly tan-colored pants suit instead. They will only give me a refund if I pay for shipping but it was there mistake. Horrible business and will never order from them again.

Ordered clothes for my girlfriend. The shipping number they gave me said delivered to Quebec i live in Sask. No replies fron service dept except for automated replies. No service at all. 40 days fron order date but still no parcel.

I bought a skirt at this store and it was fine. The price is relatively low. Very satisfied with this shopping.

Not happy

I bought boots and black bikini from here but they sent me different items.
Of course I messaged then for change to my correct order but no reply no response.. I’m not happy at all!
I think the clothes which they send is cheaper than my order bikini, so I lost money too.
And actually the boots was different as I thought.
I was cry because I was so excited to receive it but was nothing happy for me after I got my items.
So I will never use this website again!

Buyer beware. I am usually an Australian size 20. Bought XXXL and it is tight. No tags. No return information. I wish I had read reviews before buying.

I received a wrong item totally 100% different from what I ordered.This company is a SCAM, don't be fooled by positive reviews (they are fake reviews) The return address gives is invalid.This company is a real scam, & unfortunately I ordered so much more that I am yet to receive. DON'T LET THEM HAVE YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY!! STAY AWAY....and report them please.

We received a wrong item, it totally 100% different from the one that we ordered. Now they want us to send it back but the return address given according to Paypal/USPS shipping is invalid...This company is a real scam, they just out to rip people off. Very similar experience...took forever to receive two button up blouses. Upon receipt, one very small sized XL and a wrong item. They told me they would reduce price by $5 for the wrong item. Since the item was not my style and I’d never wear it I told them I want to send both items back. They then said they’d credit me $20. Now they want me to pay my own shipping to China:

Their pics are hype, don’t get scammed into thinking they won’t do it to you. They hide behind the fact they don’t speak English to hide their lousy customer service! BTW, they won’t tell me the price of the wrong item they sent. So shady!!!

If I could give less than 1 star I would, only received 2 out if the 3 dresses I ordered and they were nothing like the pictures and the jewellery was cheap crap, so sick of these scammers

It has been a terrible experience! They sent me the wrong item. For a month now & 57 emails later they will not send what I ordered. They want me to pay out of my own pocket to ship back the wrong item they did send me. It is ridiculous! I do not have my product. I do not have my money.

I bought 4 dresses, but got only 3! And 1 of them was sooooooooo baaaaaad!!!! So they gave me 10$ back (a dress costs 30$!)
Now I’m waiting for my money or dress but no one say me nothing (((
