Customer service severely lacking. Twice I sent items back for a refund. Twice the delivery could not be completed and I received the items back return to sender. Are they giving me a fake address? They refused to address this issue. As they did not receive the return, they would not give me a full refund for the items. Quality wise they are no more than OK, some items great, other items very variable in size and quality. I won't be going back after my last experience. I advise caution.

I ordered a jumpsuit in an Extra Large. I'm usually a size medium but their sizing is AWFUL. No matter. It fit well AFTER I made some of my own adjustments because the armpits needed to be brought in a little because my entire bra hung out of it. It was slightly loose everywhere but I wanted it to fit that way anyways. I had not worn it for 2 hours for the first time when it ripped, and NOT in the section where I sewed. The material is so cheap that the thigh literally frayed right away from the seam. I was in the middle of a graduation ceremony so I wasn't doing anything exerting at all. I bought a small sewing kit and repaired it the best i could, deciding I would not be wearing it again. 45 minutes later the hem right down the front started to do the same thing and just frayed right apart even though it was loose fitting.

I am SO DISAPPOINTED. I paid $30 for it and it was on sale. The normal price was $100. I wouldn't even have paid $30 if I knew it was such terrible quality, I can't imagine paying $100.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE. THEY ARE CHEAP MADE PRODUCTS. I know it is so tempting because the clothes are absolutely beautiful but don't fall for it like I did.

Merchandise received was not what I ordered, they wanted me to pay return postage for stuff I did not order. Read their return policies carefully, and then make an informed decision as to whether you feel comfortable doing business with a company that operates out of China.

Nothing is like picture, in clothing or shoes.. Cardigan was in a cheap print(look like nith on picture) and shoes 1 size to small and made of really cheap plastic. 40-50% off(they show selling),nothing like picture, worth nothing!.. Gonna give you a hard time returning, maybe just some back. China is in a new deal, to sell to the world. So delivery for free for most europeanised! Also got a late delivery, and wrote about it, to seller... They vrote to be patient and wait several days to see if it may come..

This is suspiciously similar to Chicboho. This company uses the same photos, it’s a scam company based out of China, This company pays to advertise on Pinterest. Which is where I got scammed, I purchased a couple of items on “chic boho”. Long story short, way too small, poor quality and doesn’t look like the photos. Don’t purchase from waste your money on this crappy company. Tried to return, offered my 3 different amounts and to keep the clothes. Just junk.

I was full of doubts when I ordered clothes from Bonboho. But I've got my clothes after three weeks and a cardigan is exactly the same as on picture. Good quality, good price, proffesional and nice staff - I am very satisfied. Thank you!

This company is a scam. Items ordered were not as advertised, the closures were missing, they were 4 sizes too small (yes, I went by the sizing chart provided), the materials were cheap, color was wrong, one hem was uneven and half unravelled. Their "customer service" refused to allow me to return it unless I paid them, wouldn't give a return shipping address, refused to give a full refund (I spent 159 US dollars, they offered 38 US dollars as a refund, and that only towards my next purchase, like I'd ever want to shop with them again). My bank can't even track them down they are so much a scam organization.

There should be minus 5 stars on the rating. I should have looked better into reviews on internet. Chinese fake company. Using pictures from other online shops.
My bikini was never delivered. They say they delivered it at my post office. There, they do not even recognize the tracking code. Too bad. Their karma though.

I ordered a white dress with lace on top. It came with a white transparent long coat. Also a grey top. It took exactly 3 weeks to arrive, but both pieces where in good condition. After reading this reviews I was afraid it would never arrive to Berlin, but it did. Like everyone said before, yeah the fabric don't look the same as the pictures and is for sure an imitation. Its still ok but I was planning to use that dress in my wedding on the beach and I am not gonna use it anymore. It looks cheap! Not like in the photos for sure! Anyway...i always had an answer when I contacted them by email, and I also received the receipt. The only problem that made them look unprofessional was, after I payed my order It took them a week to ship it. They said my order was being processed in the fabric. After a week I have received the shipment confirmation. The grey top is ok and if you are ordering jewellery I think it will also be ok. But I dont think I will order from them again. You will never know what will arrive. Cheers

items do not arrive the way they look. as well I ordered 2 pairs of stretch flared pants in the same size, different design.. both pairs were different, 1 bigger and longer then the other pair. this company is based in China. BUYER BEWARE> its garbage

The boots I received have holes in them, one sweater has sleeves about 4 inches to short, one sweater smelt like petroleum and the hand bag looks like cheap Chinese cheap. They told me I could pay a very expensive fee to return the items back to China or they would give me $20.
I am not posting anywhere I can how cheap and crappy their items are.
Do not buy from them!

Has ANYONE gotten an actual return address and are willing to share it? Ive had an incredibly difficult purchasing experience and am regretting it already...i have the feeling in going to struggle getting a return address...as so many have stated, and im worried its going to get drug out until its past the 14 days...ugh

Do not order there! I ordered clothes. They are not even close to the pictures what they showed in the pictures. I didn´t expect a good quality for the price, but that what I got is a shame. And 100 Euro are gone to the bin!!!!
The reason, why I take time to write this review, is that it was not possible to return the cloth. The service Email-Adress is not working. Wrote them on Facebook, got immediately an answer. Unfortunate the answer was to write an email. So NO REFUND. If you from Bonboho are now responding and helping me, I will delete this post. If not your company is what it is: LYERS :((((

Do not order from this company!! The items do not look like the photos and then when you want to return something they dodge and evade and try not to give you any money back!! Buyer be ware!! I would give them a negative 10 stars!!

I ordered their Bohemian style long coat with fur and a hood & cool patterns. It looked gorgeous in the picture. When I got it in the mail, it was comical. The material was super thing spandex (about as thing as paper).

I am currently in the process of emailing them back & forth. The coat was originally $47.99. They first offered me a refund of $8!!!! Now, it has gone up to $12... This is because "the shipping costs are so high" since they are located in a different country. Bonboho uses stock photos from other companies & falsely advertises them as their own.

I only gave 2 stars because I did order a pair of boots that were decent.. they did not look exactly like the picture, but I will wear them. I will NEVER wear the coat because I look like a creepy bird lady who will haunt your dreams forever. Perhaps I will save it for Halloween if they do not refund me my full amount.

Buyer beware: goods are not the same size as advertised in the sizing chart. I ordered a pair of jeans and they arrived with a button but no buttonhole. When I asked customer service for an exchange, they suggested I simply use scissors to cut a hole in them myself. Earrings also arrived with no backs on them. I asked about exchanging the faulty jeans and a top that did not fit, and was told, "So sorry to hear that,would you like to exchange the items try the other style？Lovely day." I asked for a returns address and received the same message... 3 times. No exchange address has been provided. Poor quality goods, poor communication and no way to exchange. Steer clear!

I can thank enough. I took couple weeks to get here to New Jersey.
But it worth every penny. My dress is sooo beautiful just like the pictures.And fit perfect.

I ordered two items, the pants I ordered an XL but are too small to be an XL. The hooded outerwear does not look as good as it does in the picture. I have emailed 3 times to return them, they will not respond. I will never order from bonboho again and hope people see this and do the same.
