SCAM!!! Ordered many items. All were cheap knockoffs of what is represented on their website!!!!

I ordered a dress and earrings. The earrings were fine although they appeared much larger in the add and one side does not have the same design. The dress was extremely low quality and did not appear like the ad. It has a crotchet top which was see through (you would see my breasts if I wore it like the model while the model did not wear a bra and it looked fine on her). When I disputed, they told me to take photos. I sent the photos and they offered me $5 for the dress I paid $50. I requested they refund more and I can send the dress. The most they offered was $20 with me sending the dress back which is likely very expensive. I asked for a manager to speak with because I do not agree with this type of return policy (no other brand offers partial refunds). It has now been a week of silence. I am highly unhappy with this and wish Instagram and Facebook would stop placing adds for horrible companies.

This company is just ordinary scammers. I did not receive the ordered goods or refund, the company does not respond to emails.

The quality is terrible, tissue looks really bad a cheap, completely see through, NOT AT ALL like on the photos.

I will return everything I ordered.

Did not even receive most of order. Fighting for months for refund. Still no luck. Most unhelpful "customer service" they really don't care at all. Not sure if incompetent or fraudulent. I would NOT recommend wasting money on this site.

All the 5 star ratings are Chinese names, obviously planted! Your product will arrive looking nothing like the picture and falling apart. Then fight with them for months and never get your refund! SCAM!

Do not order from this site. I received my product. It looks NOTHING like the original picture. The dress( if you can call it that) smell like dead animal and looks like a sheet that was sewn up. The material is nothing like the ad. DO NOT BUY from this site. Disappointed does not even cover it. And forget about getting your money back.

Thank You, Thank You EVERYONE for the reviews you all posted about this company!! 😊 I almost ordered a coat from them that I thought would be PERFECT, but, in November before Christmas I made the mistake of ordering from a different company like this one...MAJOR SCAM!
Though I finally got a full refund because I wouldn’t give up, PayPal denied my dispute but after the fit I threw, they realized I wasn’t gonna back down! Lol
Now I read all reviews before I order, and it’s pathetic there are so many companies that are just out to scam us now. 🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️

Purchased some clothing and jewellery items. I am always the same size. Half of the items fit, the others did not. Tried to return the too small items and got a message back saying the shipping would be too expensive for me. So they would credit me $20.00 to shop on their site and I could try and sell the items I was stuck with.
I said that was totally unacceptable. We needed a better solution. Multiple emails later and they basically will not send me a return address and have told me a $30.00 credit was all I was going to get.

Places like this take advantage of the international distances. Its no different than stealing.

I ordered $240 worth of stock.
All of the items including clothing and accessories were good only one didnt fit . Just ordered after Christmas and received yesterday . I will order from them again.

I also was about to pay for over $250 USA for a full cart. Then read these reviews. No way. In fact these reviews are so dire that no doubt many will be put off purchasing. Clothes look amazing on the site but it appears to be a great photo shoot with clothes made elsewhere...then they copy..badly, with inferior quality and take forever to send.. I have emptied cart and blocked FB ads.

I was very close to buy around 10 items of this company, because Bonboho appears all the time that they have offers for Autumn and so on. The clothes they show are looking amazing... but tricky tricky....

Bonboho sells fake clothing- in other words it is not what is pictured. They remake clothes from fashion mags in cheap materials. I ordered a beautiful knit sweater and received a printed jersey type robe. The return policy is even worse. I feel really stupid for ordering from them and I never will again.

I normally do not leave reviews but I had to on this company!!!! I cannot believe I am forced to even give them one star. I purchased $118 worth of clothing and I have exchanged Emails with a "NIcky" for days now. They are refusing to give me an address to return their clothing and keep offering me minimal amounts of money to keep the clothing... The clothing is made cheap, cheap, cheap. I will FOREVER read reviews before ordering anything online again.

I read all previous reviews after I already purchased from Bonboho, which made me very anxious. My order did take quite a while to reach me ( they are in China so this is standard) but I was pleasantly surprised by the quality and look off all three seperate shops products. Good job Bonboho.

I wish I would have read the reviews on this site before I made the mistake in order from this crap company.....I ordered well before Christmas and only one item arrived made cheap didn't even look like the picture.....still waiting on two other items customer service is horrible do yourself a favor and look elsewhere

Nothing like the picture cheap nasty material and I thought it would be good because I paid a good price. Also I thought it was coming from London not China. Unhelpful communications. These are huge scams please do not get caught out.
