I Placed an order of Printed Artificial Fur Hooded Outwears which i payed almost $50.00 waiting 30 days to receive an item that is not even remotely look like the one i ordered, the colors are completely different and the material is cheap and horrible.
i do purchase a lot on line ...i would not buy from bonboho ever again and will not recommend anyone to buy from them

Wish I’d read these reviews before I bought what I thought would be a long fake fur trimmed multicolour patterned coat.
It was in outerwear and the photo made it look like a winter coat so I didn’t expect the entire thing to be one layer of the cheapest nastiest unlined thin stretch nylon possible the sort used for horribly cheap underskirts or pants roughly trimmed and basically useless even as a dressing gown as it doesn’t close. Never again. I’m not even going to attempt returning to China as there’s no info about how to. Live and learn

Not worth a star! Negative star! This company is a scam. Ordered a cape top, in a much larger size than normal. It was poorly made of some cheap stinky thread material. It was pictured ad a long cape top, hanging down past knees. Arrived, opened package and it really stunk , came down to waist, I think they got it wet and stretched it horizontally, wrecking the length. Don’t bother with this junk site!

Total scam. Clothes took 3 months to arrive and were poorly made and not even close to the advertised items. After 48 emails they refunded only $32 of $70 purchase. Fabric, cut, colors, fit, style....not even close. DO NOT SHOP

7-12 business days my as$... Try 35-40, plus every time I emailed with a request for an up date got the same tracking number Chinese only... Will update if my boots ever get here

I had ordered a hoodie... My order came fast. When I opened my package I feel in love with the color it was just like the picture!! Fits great. I definitely will be ordering again!!

Extremely bad, including horrific customer service and withholding funds on return of the items.

If I could give this company zero stars, I would. It is the biggest joke of a company I have ever experienced. The dress they advertised and the one I got could not be more different. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

Horrendous!! Just a disgusting company who steal your money, don't supply the product and just give you automated infuriating emails when you contact them. They even managed to manipulate Paypal when I opened a dispute against their blatant theft. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!! I can't stress this enough, you will regret it!

I was so excited to purchase a coat for my daughter-in-law...it is just her style. But after reading all the amazingly consistent reviews about how horrible the quality of the merchandise is and the terrible (non-existent?) the customer service is, I am not buying it! Thanks for saving me from disappointment and frustration!

Items are NOTHING like the photos. Total scam. Don't order from them. You have to pay to return items TO CHINA. They know you wont pay for it.

There is much I'd LOVE to order but I placed my first order 2 months ago and still have not received it they will not refund they lost a GREAT customer

Just like everyone else I received incomplete and poor quality items. The top I purchased even had sleeves that were different lengths. The overalls were not as described on their website and the sizing was wrong. I was offered a pissy refund and told to sell the items on. I have told them that I will be initiating legal action if they do not comply with giving me either the correct as described good quality items or a full refund.
I am also going to put a warning across my social media platforms. Never buy from Bonboho people.

Nothing is as expected. Everything looks great in the photos but none of the dresses I bought was nearly as in the photos. The quality goes beyond bad. Never again. Not happy. Not satisfied.

Absolutely horrible.

Ordered boots that came NOTHING like what I ordered, from the material to the color, cheap and ugly. They offered me a 9 dollar refund because shipping it back is too expensive. What kind of organization is this and how are they still in business??

Hands Off!!! first you wait instead of 14 days as indicated at least 2 months, the photos and the products are not identical and not even worth half the price, they pretend to be a London shop and in fact it is cheapest Chinaware, here is cheated on a large scale, since you will NEVER get back much money and who is complaining to China?

I ordered a bag from bonboho. The lining material was of extremely poor quality and within less than two weeks of it having been delivered, the inside pocket and lining had ripped all across the bottom of the bag. First thing I knew about this, a man on the train pointed out that my keys were poking out of the bottom of the bag and I was about to loose them. As the outer bag is (by design) full of holes, I can’t use this bag at all now.
Total waste of £35 😢. Their stuff looks so lovely in the pictures but the quality is terrible.

1star only because I have to give at least 1 to write a review. I bought 3 dresses from bonboho and besides the fact that it took 3months to receive, the material was horrible, the size's were way off. All in all horrible. Cheap material, like an amateur puzzled it together. The dresses looked nothing like they did online. I started posting my experience on the site and in comments on fb today I noticed I wasn't able to comment anymore and all of my comments have been deleted. This company is a scam. When I tried to get a return label via email, I was told to just keep the dresses and sell them on craigslist. They offered 10$ coupon of my next order. As if I would ever order from them again. NOT!!!

This company is a basically a fraud shop based in China. They make it appear as if there main store or location is in London which I wouldn't doubt is a fake address. The items are cheap and not worth even half the price. You can purchase the same products on Aliexpress.com which is how i know their worth. The items were extremely bad quality and don't match up with their high prices. When e-mailing them for a return they persisted that I keep the items and they will issue me a refund. They were very adamant on not having me send them back so eventually i bartered up a price for them to refund me. A complete waste of money!

TERRIBLE quality. VERY cheap. Sizing is completely wrong. Took two months to get here. They wont reimburse and it cost me more money to send back my order. Learn from my mistake and save your money!!!
