I booked Umrah Trip .
I recently had booked Umrah Trip 9 nights from london with the help of Muzammil.
5 days makkah and 3 in madina
My Experience:
1. Visa approval was very quick, we got visa in 5 days.
2. We got connecting flight,when travelling to Jeddah WE had to wait 6 hour layover , which is okay. Return is 3 hours.
3. In Mecca , hotel was really nice,Voco makkah, we had to take shuttle service, but shuttle services were very quick.. I would rate makkah travel 4 star .
4. IN madinah hotel was very close to haram but the catch is we got 3 star hotel , which provided 1 star services.. not happy with hotel.
5. Vehicle transport was very really good, big and comfortable car, drivers came on time, be alert don't leave your bag in car, I lost some money.
6. When returning we got flight from madina, which is good.
I can say Al falah is trust worthy but make sure to check hotel reviews before confirming, if we request for date change, hotel change before signing agreement it can happen.
Alfalah is very supportive any time they were reachable, Muzammil was our consultant.

Best trip ever!
I honestly cannot recommend Laiba enough! From the very beginning, she was absolutely amazing in helping me plan my Saudi Arabia trip. She was incredibly helpful, professional, patient and attentive throughout the entire process.
Laiba went above and beyond to make sure our itinerary was perfectly organised and suited exactly what we were looking for. Every detail was thought through, and she made the whole experience completely stress-free. Whenever I had a question or needed something changed, she was always so quick to respond and more than happy to help.
Thanks to Laiba, our Saudi Arabia trip was genuinely such a positive and memorable experience. Everything felt seamless, well organised and effortless, which allowed us to properly enjoy the trip without having to worry about the logistics.

Very comprehensive in terms of booking, understanding package details, organising of flights and visa application process. Booking Process
Well, My experience so far with alfalah travel has been positive. Sister Laiba has helped secure an umrah package (December 2026) for us with patience and not rushing us. She response to every query I have in choosing a package. I commend her customer service and hopefully the rest of the journey continues smooth. So far I'm happy. Oh, they have a valid ATOL number too.

Alfalah has provided a very good Umrah…
Alfalah has provided a very good Umrah package for us. Hotels and transportation were booked and communicated in an efficient manner. When we arrived to Jeddah the driver was waiting for us. Hotels were nice some of which better than expected. Sister Laiba went above and beyond to facilitate everything and she was avaialable whenever we had a query, especially to help with transportation company communication around luggage. In her absense Brother Abbas was also able to help. Sister Laiba was professional, friendly and very keen to help.
I would want to go again with Alfalah inshaAllah and hope to deal with Sister Laiba.

I highly recommend anyone who who wants…
I highly recommend anyone who who wants to visit Makkah and medina Abbas Armain is your guy. Everything was planned by him and the service was 5 star or more. I recommend alfalahtravel for anyone with kids trying to Umrah. Everything was well planned once we landed from airport to the hotels and we also had translator for the kids who couldn’t understand English.
I can’t thank you guys enough and insha’allah I will book with alfalahtravel again.
