I would like to thank Brother Haider from Islamic Travel Agency for organising and arranging such a smooth and stress-free Umrah tour for myself and my family.

From my very first enquiry, Haider was extremely helpful, responsive and patient. He provided timely quotes, helped us select our preferred dates, and was always accommodating whenever we needed to make changes.

He remained very responsive throughout the whole process and answered all our questions before the flights. He also made sure that everything we had agreed and booked was properly arranged. Our hotel check-ins were smooth, and all the drivers arrived on time for our airport transfer and Ziyarat trip.

What I appreciated most was that Haider didn’t just disappear once the booking was made. He checked in with us while we were in both Makkah and Madinah to make sure everything was going well, and even contacted us after our return to check how the trip went and whether we needed anything.

I genuinely kept him in my prayers during our Umrah for providing such outstanding service and for looking after us throughout the journey.
