Tabitha was wonderful dealing with a…
Tabitha was wonderful dealing with a difficult situation after I found out due to my husband death the dog insurance had not been renewed, my dog had been very ill over the weekend having to go to an out of hours vet late Saturday then to another vet all day Sunday .
I was very upset and lovely Tabitha spoke to me kindly and sympathetically .

I’m the older generation that was used to the old way of letting the insurance company know straightaway by phone.
