Helpful and supportive.

Operative was supportive and answered my policy questions clearly and succinctly. She then went on to solve access issues related to the Agria app . A very helpful and productive call. Thank you for your time and patience.

Shane was very understanding and…

Shane was very understanding and empathetic when I had to report that my dog had been put to sleep. He explained what could happen with any claim I might put in and all the options I had going forward. Very professional, he also updated my other dogs’ records quickly.

Kevin's quiet kind response

The product options were easy to…

The product options were easy to understand and a good range of options to choose from. I didn't like the relentless (pushy) engagement. Less is more in my opinion, it nearly put me off taking out the product.
