I rang with a few questions about my policy and Michelle was absolutely fantastic. She was so friendly yet professional and explained everything in a really clear and easy to understand manner.

Agria Pet insurance are “simply the best” unfortunately our little girl is extremely unwell at the moment and having surgery. The agents we have spoken with are very caring and empathetic to Winnie and ourselves and have made our claim “seamless”. The person we spoke with today was Shane, but thank you to everyone. We highly recommend Agria

Struggled a little with the website, so set up via phone. Really quick and easy. The rep was very friendly and helpful. Only had the policy a few weeks no problems so far. But let’s be honest you never know how good your insurance company is till you try and claim.

I phoned today to discuss some queries regarding my dogs policy. Lorna was very helpful and explained everything to me very clearly and was very patient with my questions.

Really easy to apply for insurance plus well priced

I take great pleasure in writing this review based on my positive but, unfortunately, abnormal lived experience of speaking with customer service professionals about a product you have paid for. The level of support I received was, firstly, the information and the friendliness, but the most important thing was that I wasn't rushed at all. In fact, the person I spoke to went to great lengths to outline how their customer-centred business model operates: when people need to call, it is a time of great stress for them and for their pet. I couldn't ask for a better service provider in that eventuality. I highly recommend.
