just answer is a scam.

I wanted legal advice and was asked to pay using my card before being put through to a lawyer. I put in my payment details and the payment was declined by my bank. The bank rank and asked if i had attempted to make the payment and I said yes but not for the amount they tried to take. This site had the little closed padlock at the top. When I tried to contact the company, it was impossible and there is no tel No. I was told that they take a payment and then without your knowledge they set up a standing monthly order.
My card was blocked by the bank and now I have to wait for a new one. Something I forgot to add. I asked the bank why someone would try to scam such a relatively small amount and they said, they take the initial payment then set it up so that they take that money out of your bank account on a monthly basis.

Tesco mobile staff trained to lie.

I was unable to access my account online. When I spoke to them on the phone, they lied to me so that they would be able to set up my account so that I would have to use a code sent to my mobile every time I logged on on my computer. I understand the need for security but to lie to customers is despicable.

This program appeared on my computer…

This program appeared on my computer without my permission, deleted my Firefox and made itself my default browser. Even after deleting it from my programs, it is hidden somewhere on my computer and I can't remove it. I had to re-download Firefox.

Missing parcel.

I have in the past written a positive review about EVRi but not this time. I have attempted to email them but you can not reply to there emails. I received an email telling me a parcel I sent to my elderly aunt had been delivered through the letterbox, I have since discovered that my aunt is in hospital and if she is discharged will need the contents of the parcel I sent. EVRi have said it was delivered through the letterbox, which is impossible as it wouldn't fit.

Fraudulent practices

This company, who's CSO is Mr Ellis Green attempted to fraudulently extract money from me by issuing a PCN for parking in a hospital car park, which I hadn't done. They submitted falce photographic evidence to try and force me to pay. They completely ignored my request for information even though I had cooperated fully with them. I have since found out that PCN's issued by this company and and companies of this ilk are not enforceable.

EVRi deliveries.

I know that in the past EVRi have had a somewhat tarnished reputation. In my experience now I have to say, I have quite a lot of items delivered and every time it's been faultless. Were I to send something by courier, I would use EVRi. This is a genuine review.

Trustpilot does what it says on the tin.

There is only one other site that I know of that you can review and write reviews about companies. I often look on Trustpilot before purchasing a product online. Apart from the practical application Trustpilot offers which is either recommending a company or warning others about it, it at least gives you an opportunity to alleviate frustrations about bad experiences. I think that in this ever changing, not so nice world anymore it's advisable to get as much information about companies as possible.

Roger Sumner-Rivers who owns parcelhero is a scammer and a thief.

Having been directed to parcelhero I filled out the appropriate online requirements and paid for a parcel to be collected and delivered. Nothing happened. I tried to contact the company but one tel permanently engaged and the other a full mail box. Eventually spoke to someone in there chat box who said they could do nothing. I was sent a transcript of that conversation. I used my banks charge back service to get my money back. Never heard from parcelhero and still have my parcel. I was asked if I wanted to take out insurance. Had I done so, I would have been more out of pocket. If you go on holiday, you insure yourself against illness or injury so why is it that courier companies including the post office ask us to insure against their incompetence. Your item is in their care so why do they ask us to pay if anything happens to it whilst it's with them? If we don't take out insurance and it's damaged, lost or stolen, we get nothing. This cant be right. They must be saving billions. Do business with parcelhero at your peril. Having read the reply from parcelhero, what a load of rubbish. The questions on the link are none nonsensical for instance, what service did i use? I didn't, I paid for one but couldn't use it. The fact remains that a company that provides 2 phone numbers that you can't get through on mean exactly what I said and stand by it, scammer and thief. And the question about insurance wasn't even mentioned. Have they offered me a refund or the bank a refund, NOPE.

Overdue payment and incompident staff.

My partner had an oxygen concentrater which was returned after her death. It had a meter that registered the amount of use and a refund would be issued in respect of electricity used. It took approximately one year and ten months for them to write to me. Having spoken to the staff, I was given conflicting information from different staff members and eventually had to have a form sent to me in the post which was address to the wrong person. The original correspondence from them was not dated.

I purchased an item online and it was delivered promptly as expected. Also the courier from Evri was very polite and handled my item with care. The item (paint) was double packed in case of spillage.

Given false information

Having ordered and paid for an item online i was lead to believe that it would be delivered on 07/07/23. Reading the email confirming my purchase it said it would be dispatched (not delivered) on 18/07.23
No need to look into it thanks as I ordered what I wanted and received it days ago. Logically, to my way of thinking, you could have just used more courier companies so as not to give prospective customers misleading information.

No after sales service

I purchased an item online which I received. It cost me £18.00 but on the packaging the price was £15.00. I emailed customer services and asked why and received no reply. I email them again and ask why they hadn't replied and they gave me a tel No and asked that I ring them. The telephone number was a fax machine. It seems after sales service doesn't really happen any more.

Don't use Switcharoo

I saw this company advertising on line that they could find you a better gas and electric deal. I opened the site. I filled out my details and it asked for my tel No. Usually I put in my home No but it wouldn't allow that and would only allow my mobile. 2 minutes later my mobile rang and I ask about gas and electric deals. The person on the other end said "we don't have any of those deals at the moment but I can help you with broadband deals". Since filling in my details on the site, including me email address I have been absolutely inundated with junk mail. My advise is don't use this site, go elsewhere.
