Missing parcel.

I have in the past written a positive review about EVRi but not this time. I have attempted to email them but you can not reply to there emails. I received an email telling me a parcel I sent to my elderly aunt had been delivered through the letterbox, I have since discovered that my aunt is in hospital and if she is discharged will need the contents of the parcel I sent. EVRi have said it was delivered through the letterbox, which is impossible as it wouldn't fit.
