Overdue payment and incompident staff.
My partner had an oxygen concentrater which was returned after her death. It had a meter that registered the amount of use and a refund would be issued in respect of electricity used. It took approximately one year and ten months for them to write to me. Having spoken to the staff, I was given conflicting information from different staff members and eventually had to have a form sent to me in the post which was address to the wrong person. The original correspondence from them was not dated.
