Tesco mobile staff trained to lie.

I was unable to access my account online. When I spoke to them on the phone, they lied to me so that they would be able to set up my account so that I would have to use a code sent to my mobile every time I logged on on my computer. I understand the need for security but to lie to customers is despicable.
