On both visits to your New Malden store all the staff I spoke to were very helpful and answered all my questions and showed me a range of options. I bought 2 sofabeds and sofa, and look forward to their delivery

I love the ranges of household accessories, the choice of styles and designers is very good.
I also wanted to buy furniture, but Habitat has joined the retailers who are only online, so I cannot see, touch or sit on the sofas I wanted. If I buy on 'spec and they don't suit I would need to pay £30 each to return them, since I want 3 sofas that is a large price and a lot of hassle just to see if they work for me. It may cost me more but I'd rather try-before-I-buy than take a chance on all that admin, just to see them.
