Delivery took a very long time. Door furniture ok, screws and fixings really poor quality - unusable.

Ordered sample 28 Oct arrived 3 Nov. Had received sample from a competitor long before so went with them. £4.95 listed on invoice as 'Express 24'.

Your delivery timescales were ridiculous for such a straight forward order. Also there was no communication from DHC to confirm why the delay. Ironmongery Direct for all future orders I'm afraid.
