Lost 1 month rent without our approval

I used the agent for renting my house.
I lost 1 month of rent with lack of communication.
Expecting contract to start beginning of April but started beginning of may without our approval.
no communication between 18 march and 11 April !
Felt not valuable as a client at all.

It is now 6 days and we did not…

It is now 6 days and we did not recieve our parcel yet!
Revieved a ıntrustful email on wednesday, today saturday still nothing.
2 days ago on tuesday I receieved. Box left to my garden without my confirmation. Wet and damaged. Food inside is smelling and some of my order is missing. Hopeless
Simit of course after 6 days not fresh at all.

Tried twice and both the low quality!

(Checked and found the purchase date september 2021)
I had purchased 2 different pairs of pillows over the last 2 years. The quality was the lowest ever , I took them to the store , they said we can give you a discount but no explaination for the quality. I believe I paid considerable amount and get the lowest quality.I have already left 2 samples to the manager in Designers Outlet York.The response was when did you purchase and we can give discounts for new purchases!

Hopeless Company with unprofessional stuff

Hopeless company : I ordered on 29 February with a 4 weeks delivery confirmation maximum 5 weeks . I have accepted to pay %40 more for British manufacturer to minimise the risk of delay.25 march they postponed for 12 June now they say maybe 17 June : MAYBE! They may even charge me Warehousing fee if I do not accept their delivery date which is maybe 17th June .Nobody calls me I am trying to learn this uncertainty connecting from one department to another.
