Ben Thomas is a star.

We have used Ben Thomas at Roberts Crossley solicitors many times and couldn't rate him higher. He is extremely efficient and has always been contactable on the telephone which has been a change from previous solicitors.

He has gone over and above to ensure smooth transactions.

Would highly recommend them as solicitors.

Very happy with the help we received from the follow up to the enquiry. Helpful informative and not at all pushy.

Although the price was a little less than we had hoped we may consider using them going forwards.

Great service arrived on time to collect. Was very surprised at the additional items added to my quote which were quite extensive and which I refused. This rejection of additional work was taken with good grace and not an issue at all.

I would use them again

Bought a gift card 3 days ago. Complicated to receive and had to leave review to be able to review.

3 days later they tried to take £49 from my account. As I only have 77p in account that payment failed.

Didn’t know about the subscription and when I logged back into the site there is nowhere I can cancel the subscription.

The subscription is also not mentioned anywhere on the email and there is no link to cancel on these emails.

Be wary a discounted gift card could cost you very dearly! A £3 discount would have cost me £49 if there was any money in the account to pay it!

Not impressed and not happy.

Called out of the blue offering investment training. Would not give any details of costs involved just kept saying there would be no costs for advice as they are paid by brokers. Although I said their system would not work for me they did not seem to want me to go off the phone. Kept insisting that I would have to fund one of their brokers when I explained I had my own.

Website mentions Anydesk and other remote access I told them I would not be providing access to phone or computer.

I asked them to show me a demo for the platform and they said that I would do that on the third party broker website but if I did that they couldn’t help me.

Extremely pushy… when I said I would investigate their company further and found the website to be 50% untrustworthy they said let’s investigate now and I can answer questions. My feeling is most legit companies would be more than happy to have you do further research into them and how they work.

Have a bad feeling about them. Too pushy, too eager for me to invest, too unwilling to let me off the phone. And if they are a training company and do not make trades just advise clients which way to go why would I not be able to use my own brokers.

If it is legit they have to work on their pitch as it felt dodgy all the way.

Also I am on telephone preference service and have never requested trading advice from these people.

Loved the ease of ordering and the quality of the bike storage tent I received.

We actually bought it to store our garden chairs.

Strong couple of lads turned up to deliver some goods for us. Polite, friendly and on time. All at a reasonable price. I would recommend their services to anyone needing something collected or moved.

I have used these solicitors a number of times now and have used Ben Thomas since my first purchase. He is efficient, happy, helpful, friendly and most importantly you can actually speak to him on the phone if you need to!!!

He has just managed to turn around 2 buy-to-let purchases for me in a short amount of time to complete before the 30th September deadline. I will use him again for any future conveyance that comes my way.
