Fred at Carter Jonas Marlborough was very helpful and responsive in selling our cottage. From the initial meeting he was enthusiastic and professional. He listened to how we wanted to do things and responded accordingly. Despite a difficult market, he stayed with us and worked hard to ensure that the sale went through.

We were disappointed that the photos of the cottage seemed to be deceptive and it was much smaller than expected. The photos were out of date and showed a dining table and chairs in the lounge which was not there. It was the most expensive cottage we have stayed in and was poor value for money. It certainly wasn't 4 star as advertised. We asked a question of Original cottages before we went and had no response at all.

An absolute farce. No wonder people call them Parcelfarce. Firstly they say they have tried to deliver when they haven't. Then they leave a card when we are in, instead of making us aware that they are there. Have had no end of trouble with Parcleforce deliveries. Number of depots is so limited and drivers don't know local areas. If I could give one star I would.

It's a shame that they could not give an approximate time of delivery, or that you could track delivery time on the day. That would have been very helpful. Driver just left mattress in the porch but that was probably being Covid safe.
Great bin, good price. Would have been better if collection point was near front of store. Had to go through the shop and upstairs to collect. Couldn't see any signs so had to ask.
