A good replacement lamp for my microwave. This fitted with no issues and is working very well. The delivery was very quick and at a good price.

Purchased a gas inset fire and are very pleased with it all be it, we have not had this fitted so far. Hopefully there will be no issues once fitted thanks. The price and delivery was very good.

The ordering went really well however, we then received an email to say the delivery would be delayed and just when we thought it was going to be delivered, we had another email saying it would be delayed again for up to a week. The item in question was for a special person and the delay has not been good at all.

I was looking for 5 watt LED down lighter replacement lamps, after looking at the range that you supply I ordered 20 off to try out. After replacing some existing ones from another supplier I was very impressed by the light output and clean finish to the lamp lens, so far I’m very pleased with these and plan to order some more in the future.

The property was spotless. The welcome pack was very useful, we have stayed at other properties in Porthleven over the past 7 years and this is by far the best we have stayed in, even parking at the side give us no issues. We liked it that much, we have rebooked this for 2025.

The site is very well laid out with an extensive range of software, the pricing of software is good.
The online download and detailed instructions for the install of the software was very clear and had no issues setting this up.

We had full communication throughout the delivery process and a call to say when they were 40 minutes away from the drop off point. The delivery staff were helpful in placing the items in the designated area, overall they were very good.

After looking through the reviews and matching these against other potential suppliers, I thought I would try Handtec. The purchase was very easy and price was good. I took delivery within 2 days, the phone is in very good condition with 2 slight chips on the edges. So far the phone is proofing to be good.
