Polite and on time, highly recommended

Very happy with the service provided by Dmytro. He was very communicative, called me when my delivery arrived (I'd had to rush away as my mother was in hospital) and made sure my item was left in a safe place. Unfortunately, the item has some damage, but Dmytro was able to supply photos immediately to show that this damage was there before he collected the item for dispatch. At all points, Dmytro was friendly, helpful, respectful and answered my messages straight away, even though I messaged him out of hours (sorry for that, Dmytro). An absolute pleasure, I highly recommend Dmyto's courier service with Proovia. Thank you so much for your help.

The experience start to finish was not good. I sold a bike via mynextbike where Proovia are the collection and delivery service. I first got a time frame on the 21st of 07:15 to 10:15, I was up and waiting at 7:00 and got live tracking at 07:46. The tracking does not give you driver location in both my experiences with the collection but more on that later. At 07:56 I was told the collection had failed. I contacted customer service as I did not want this to affect the sale on the bike and was told that because I did not answer the phone it was failed. I told them I did not receive any texts or calls, no tracking updates, the intercom on the flat wasn't called even though I left the flat number in the drivers comments and overall had no way of knowing the driver was there. The customer service I received over email was immediately combative, trying to catch me out by sending photos of my door of the building from the driver and the texts that were sent (which I did not receive, no ones fault and I did not blame anyone once but factually, they were not received). I sent back proof of no contact with photos of my call and text log showing I had no contact and provided an alternative number 3 times in the same 10 email chain. Again the responses were saying I was not available overall blaming me repeatedly and saying that tracking does show driver location which it has not for me. Customer service on the phone is so friendly and helpful, but the collection windows are sent when the office is closed. The recollection time slot for 09:38-12:38 was sent at 17:42, I clicked confirm at 17:48 and then received an email saying the collection was postponed at 19:01 as I did not confirm in time. I was then told this was an IT issue and that it had been confirmed, however, the next morning I receive an email at 08:55 stating the window as 08:04-11:04 then a call the driver is here at 9:01 (from customer service you do not speak to the driver), and I did not confirm or agree to this time slot. The drivers who collected the bike took loads of photos which I liked (however I have photos too), but neither really spoke and there was no visible van so it was overall unsettling. I would never recommend this company based on this experience and advise to avoid.

Sabin was great, he speaks fluent English and is very efficient and friendly.

Great service , kept informed every step of parcels journey , even got a phone call to notify me delivery was slightly delayed , polite delivery driver 😊

Our furniture is just sitting in their warehouse, with delivery having been rescheduled 3 times now. Unreliable and unsatisfactory customer service. Don't use this company

Sabin was excellent, speedy and polite, unloaded everything as an expert should and transported the bike perfectly! Excellent work and great for such a remote delivery!

Updated edit; upon inspecting the motorcycle, it seems as if the tank has been siphoned as it had a full tank prior to transport, and arrived empty!

Just taken delivery of my Gates from Proovia Couriers, fantastic service kept in constant contact throughout the delivery process a big thank you to Linton and Saif who were very helpfull and accommodating throughout.
