Our journey began 8 years ago in Birmingham, with a single container, a brave man, a Sprinter van, and a dispatcher fueled by enthusiasm and a dream. Through hard work and unwavering determination, that dream gradually transformed into reality. Today, we operate from a massive warehouse and office, employing 160 dedicated staff members and utilizing over 60 vans to serve customers daily.

We specialize in courier services, focusing primarily on furniture transportation, including wardrobes, chairs, sofas, desks, tables, and sideboards. Additionally, our expert couriers are trained to handle motorcycles, pianos, and sports equipment. Proovia proudly serves local shops, auction houses, and residents, collecting and delivering items all across the UK.

Collection of furniture from Crich to Bournemouth

The two couriers arrived to be faced with 12 steps to the ground floor of Dimple Cottage.They without any hesitation got to work moving 2 heavy and large pieces of furniture from the first floor downstairs to the ground floor - down the steps outside to their van. I didn't envy them their task and they were courteous and friendly throughout and went to continue their journey back to Dorset from Derbyshire. When they left it was dark- hope they managed a safe return

Collection was supposed to be before…

Collection was supposed to be before 6pm. The tracking said they’d be here at approx 7pm. Sat at work waiting for this parcel to be collected. At 18:55 tracking updates to says the collection failed!!!! Fuming!! Bear in mind we usually close at 4pm and had to sit around waiting for these jokers and they didn’t show!

Phenomenal

Phenomenal. Sabin delivered an awkward sofa through a small house and didn't give up helping us until it was where it needed to be. The extra mile is appreciated. Professional, patient and good communication.
