⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Christmas Day Perfection at Browns Kingston

We had Christmas Day dinner at Browns in Kingston and it was exceptional from start to finish.

We began with the Devonshire Crab & King Prawn Cocktail – beautifully fresh, perfectly balanced with the classic cocktail sauce, and the toasted brioche was a gorgeous touch.
The Beef Wellington was the star of the show: seared fillet cooked exactly as it should be, wrapped in rich portobello duxelles and crisp puff pastry, with honey & parsnip purée, red wine jus and beef dripping crumb bringing everything together.
To finish, the Champagne Sabayon was light, elegant and festive – Moët & Chandon custard, macerated berries and crisp puff pastry… absolutely faultless.

But honestly, as impeccable as the food was, the service and atmosphere were every bit as impressive. Warm, attentive, and genuinely welcoming – the kind of hospitality you don’t see often enough these days. The attention to detail was spot on, and the whole experience felt special without ever being stuffy.

It is, without question, the best restaurant in Kingston upon Thames. A few places could take a leaf out of their book.

I do not understand it all the negative reviews?

Really attentive service, great check in experience, I did fly business class, the food was very good and the flight attendants really looked after me,especially due to being a nervous flyer. I didn’t see any issues whatsoever with the airline and will definitely fly with them again.

Only Positive things to say about Swiss air 

I was initially very concerned by the reviews, especially being a nervous flyer, but it was a really attentive service, great check in experience, I did fly business class, the food was very good, the flight attendants really looked after me. I didn’t see any issues whatsoever with the airline and will definitely fly with them again.

Zooplus – Exceptional Service & Product Variety

I’ve been using Zooplus for 12 years and have never had an issue with them. They consistently provide a huge variety of pet food, including specialized options that aren’t easy to find elsewhere. Their service has always been reliable, and the website is easy to navigate, making shopping convenient.

The only thing I’d love to see improved is the choice of couriers. EVRI doesn’t always follow delivery instructions properly and sometimes leaves packages where they shouldn’t be, though that’s more an issue with the courier than the retailer itself. Having more options for reliable delivery would be a great addition.

I highly recommend Zooplus to any pet owner looking for quality products and great service!

UTTER SHAMBLES, LEFT ME WITH NO DATA.....AVOID

They have left me with no data despite communication from the CEO complaints department. I have supplied all relevant correspondence, gone to pick up a physical Sim as advised, as apparently they can't remove my eSim from the system for some unknown reason. This has been going on for 2 days. I have needed my phone desperately for appointments including moving home....NO ONE can contact me and vice versa....but the weekend is fast approaching, and quite honestly, they don't care!!!
Avoid at all costs, I'm leaving them as they are completely incompetent!!!

A Complete Disaster – Avoid Chancellors Estate Agents at All Costs

I strongly advise against using Chancellors Estate Agents due to their appalling mismanagement of a property sale. Their negligence allowed a critical issue, which should have been resolved months ago, to surface only at the near exchange stage—causing severe financial implications for everyone involved.

Despite daily chasing for updates, their only response has consistently been, “We are still chasing it,” without any tangible progress being made. This level of incompetence is unacceptable, and their careless attitude toward the personal and financial impact on others has been deeply disappointing.

Save yourself the stress and choose a more reliable and responsible estate agent.
