Their negligence allowed a critical issue, which should have been resolved months ago, to surface only at the near exchange stage—causing severe financial implications for everyone involved.

Despite daily chasing for updates, their only response has consistently been, “We are still chasing it,” without any tangible progress being made. This level of incompetence is unacceptable, and their careless attitude toward the personal and financial impact on others has been deeply disappointing.
