I spent around £110 on an order and I hated everything I bought. I returned every single item in good condition and they received it. I got an email today saying they’re refunding me £61!! Where is my money!! They’ve stolen my money!! I clicked the link at the bottom that says ‘wrong amount refunded’ and it lead me to a page that said it didn’t exist! How is this website still operating and legal. I’m reporting this company for fraud!

Customer service is rubbish and they don’t reply to you! I’ve been trying to get hold of the to cancel my order (also emailed them yesterday). It’s been almost 2 hours of me waiting in the chat and no reply. Yet they insist you contact them without 24 hours to cancel!! Well I’ve been trying and got no response. And the chat keeps randomly breaking and you have to refresh the page on mobile. It’s the worst website I’ve ever used for a chat service.

Update 1: I’ve finally got a reply from them, but it was very late. The bot communication was misleading. They did cancel the order and now I’m waiting for the refund. They have been better at communicating with my other order and the tailor has made some suggestions for measurements that sound pretty good. I will see how the lehengas turn out in person and update when I receive them.

Update 2:
Surprise, surprise, more issues with them. If you’re thinking of ordering from this website make sure you multiply the shipping dates by 2x or even 3x. My order should have shipped on 16th May, it is now 23rd May and nothing. My order will not arrive on time now, even with express shipping, and I have to last minute look for a new dress to wear. So sick of this unreliable excuse of a company. I’ve asked them to cancel my order as the order is useless to me. I’ll see what happens.

Was easy to drop off the parcel at the drop off point. It was all automated too, which was cool.

Never had a problem with DPD until Marcin who delivers in the Scotland area decided to not bother to pick up my parcel and decided to mark it as ‘nothing to collect’. Umm no, it’s still here and needs collecting! We have a camera door bell so we know he didn’t even set foot on our property. So annoyed! Now I have to waste my time figuring out how to get this sorted!!

I’ve been shopping at office for years and have never had any issues. Expect now. They sent me completely the wrong shoes, in the wrong colour and size. Reached out to customer service, attached the image and explained.

They ask for the image again. I said I’ve already sent but attached and sent again.

Today I get another same exact email asking for an image again!! Are you kidding me?! How many times do I need to send the image! Sent the image a 3rd time again!

Customer service is ran by monkeys or something. They must have 1 brain cell between them! Judging by the other terrible reviews, I’ve asked them to escalate to legal. This is ridiculous! Never shopping here again. Avoid like the plague.

App is good to use but customer service is terrible. I needed to change my name after getting married. It’s like tumble weed if you try to use their chat service. Tried yesterday and no response. Tried again today and after 2 hours no response.

Edit: thank you for your response. The app doesn’t provide a reference number for my chat. I got a response last night at 10.30pm when I was asleep. I replied this morning and sent my docs but got no response for the whole day. It’s now the evening.

Edit2: Finally managed to resolve, but took a few days. I would usually expect chat services to be quicker, especially when the chat bot kept saying ‘someone will be with you’. Better communication stating it may take days to respond would have been better.

Think I fell for a scam. Took my money for name change documents that never arrived.

We’ve had excellent deliveries from DPD in our new house. Drivers are friendly.
