Lies on shipping times!!!

Customer service is rubbish and they don’t reply to you! I’ve been trying to get hold of the to cancel my order (also emailed them yesterday). It’s been almost 2 hours of me waiting in the chat and no reply. Yet they insist you contact them without 24 hours to cancel!! Well I’ve been trying and got no response. And the chat keeps randomly breaking and you have to refresh the page on mobile. It’s the worst website I’ve ever used for a chat service.

Update 1: I’ve finally got a reply from them, but it was very late. The bot communication was misleading. They did cancel the order and now I’m waiting for the refund. They have been better at communicating with my other order and the tailor has made some suggestions for measurements that sound pretty good. I will see how the lehengas turn out in person and update when I receive them.

Update 2:
Surprise, surprise, more issues with them. If you’re thinking of ordering from this website make sure you multiply the shipping dates by 2x or even 3x. My order should have shipped on 16th May, it is now 23rd May and nothing. My order will not arrive on time now, even with express shipping, and I have to last minute look for a new dress to wear. So sick of this unreliable excuse of a company. I’ve asked them to cancel my order as the order is useless to me. I’ll see what happens.
