App is good but customer service is non-existent

App is good to use but customer service is terrible. I needed to change my name after getting married. It’s like tumble weed if you try to use their chat service. Tried yesterday and no response. Tried again today and after 2 hours no response.

Edit: thank you for your response. The app doesn’t provide a reference number for my chat. I got a response last night at 10.30pm when I was asleep. I replied this morning and sent my docs but got no response for the whole day. It’s now the evening.

Edit2: Finally managed to resolve, but took a few days. I would usually expect chat services to be quicker, especially when the chat bot kept saying ‘someone will be with you’. Better communication stating it may take days to respond would have been better.
