Excellent Customer Service

I went to Beaverbrooks Merry Hill to look at the White Omega Speedmaster. From the moment I entered the store I was made to feel welcome. After a few minutes browsing time I was invited to sit in the Omega section with both Luke & Keighley. They were very attentative and gave me an excellent, full customer experience. I was shown all features and purchase options. I honestly felt like royalty!
Having received all the information I needed, my details were taken to follow up in just over a weeks time. However, having time to think through the day and having hsd a great experience earlier, I returned the same day and again, Luke & Keighley attended to me and also my partner who came too. The purchase was made and I was very happy. The links were sorted along with the paperwork and I finally left the store knowing I had received great service once again.
I would not hesitate in returning to Beaverbrooks Merry Hill and will certainly recommend to friends and family.
I think many stores could learn a lot from Beaverbrooks in how to treat customers.

The service was good but the food was far from good

The service was good but the food was very mediocre. My pizza was far too hard around the edges and the accompanying chips were cooked for far too long. My partner didn't finish hers as they were seasoned behind belief.
Such a disappointment as my previous experience was at the Glasgow branch and was fantastic. Worlds apart from the experience I have had as the Merry Hill branch.

Great price and after sale service

The light was a great price as it was reduced due to end of line. I had issues with the remote control but a couple of emails to customer services sorted the issue as the help was not available in the instructions included.

Great end to end customer service

I saw one of their cars on "Auto Trader" website. They kindly reserved the car for me as I was driving just over 100 miles to see it.
Everyone I dealt with was very helpful. Their service from beginning to end was excellent and is just how buying a used car should be.
If they had my next car in stock 8n the future, I would definitely consider purchasing from this company again.

Great value Warranty & Gap Insurance

MotorEasy were my choice for Gap Insurance when I purchased my new car. However, I was also offered a greatvdeal on their car warranty too. I was looking at other products but theirs gave me the best options for the right price. Their sales team were very helpful throughout the whole process.

A chance visit to Soletraders allowed to find another pair of Ben Sherman Triumph brogues. One of the most comfortable pair of shoes I have owned. Great service in store saw me walking out the store with a new pair.

Cancelled Order

I had the same experience as "Sebastian" had a day ago. I placed an order with Tom who had great customer services skills. However, that is where the good experience ended. I too had my order cancelled on the grounds of "Security Reasons". So half an hour later I ordered the identical package with "Affordable Mobiles" and I will be receiving my phone tomorrow - no security issues! I too have never had an issue ordering a phone before. The only issue I have right now is that I have a contract with another carrier that I am cancelling within the 14 day period as the reception is very poor in my house. Is that a security issue???

Excellent Customer Service and product

I was looking for a pair of B&W 606 speakers and found a great offer at Peter Tyson. Under normal circumstances I would be able to demo so I was taking a gamble at upgrading without listening. I contacted the sales line to ask a number of questions regarding the difference between my existing B&W 606 speakers and the 603 speakers using my Rega Elex-R amplifier. I spoke to Reece & Steve on two calls and they were very helpful. The offer also included a set of 2m QED XT40i speaker cables. I then ordered online. A couple of days later I called again to change the cable from 2m to 3m and paid the difference just prior to despatch. Again, very helpful service.
The speakers arrived by courier within a couple of days and so far are excellent. They can only get better when they "bed in"! The 606's are great but the 603's are just better and extremely sturdy using the supplied plinths.
I would definitely use Peter Tyson again.

Fantastic Service

Chris provides a fantastic service for anyone who's PS3 has suffered from the 'YLOD'. When it happened I searched on the internet and Chris's site came up so I gave it a try. The offer was £24.95 and I thought it was worth a go for that before having to invest in a PS4. It is a speedy service and could have been done the same day if I wanted. Anyway, the result is a PS3 with a new lease of life and maybe a couple more years in it (it's 7 years old already).

I would recommend this service to anyone.
