Cancelled Order

I had the same experience as "Sebastian" had a day ago. I placed an order with Tom who had great customer services skills. However, that is where the good experience ended. I too had my order cancelled on the grounds of "Security Reasons". So half an hour later I ordered the identical package with "Affordable Mobiles" and I will be receiving my phone tomorrow - no security issues! I too have never had an issue ordering a phone before. The only issue I have right now is that I have a contract with another carrier that I am cancelling within the 14 day period as the reception is very poor in my house. Is that a security issue???

I am sorry that we have been unable to fulfil your order at this stage and thank you for your feedback about Tom!

Although we would love to be able to fulfil all of our orders, sometimes this is not possible following the completion of our security checks. As a responsible retailer we want to ensure we are protecting our customers.
