Fastways have improved their service 1000% in the last couple of years. Previously they were a disaster, would take days to deliver and most of the time would not even come to the address but would drop it off anywhere and everywhere and then as the customer you had to try to locate it. If you had the misfortune to call the depot you would be further insulted.
For a while now, the service is so much better with update messages and nice contact with the drivers who will update you as necessary. Well done Fastways for the vast improvement

I went in to DV8 in Killarney to try to get shoes for my daughter. The staff were so helpful and even though they didn't have what she needed in stock, they tried suggesting other things and also other places, giving clear instruction where we could locate those places. I was really impressed by the service and would highly recommend this store.Well done !

I recently wanted to buy a tablet from Harvey Norman. I used the online order service to see if what I wanted was in stock at my local store but it wasn't. I then used the online chat which was effective and easy and the representative was very helpful. The order came and was the wrong product. I had a bit of trouble getting to speak to the correct person which is why I have dropped one star but once I did get through to Patrick the assistant manager in the Swords shop he was so helpful and went above and beyond to resolve my issue that day. He gave 110% so I would really like to acknowledge his effort. I am very happy with the overall service and would happily use Harvey Norman again

Today I have been pleasantly surprised by the help received by LightInTheBox and they have confirmed everything in writing and eased my mind regarding my order. I have not received my order yet, this was not the issue, my issue was having no confirmation of my order and the payment taken but this is now resolved and once I get the product I will send a review on the quality of the product. I am someone who has no problem complaining where it is necessary but I think when someone does their job and tries to help, then this needs to be acknowledged. I do hope that this company has some success in turning around their bad reputation into a more positive one in the future and I wish them luck

I recently ordered from LITB and got confirmation from PayPal but nothing from the company so have no order number or anything. I am unsure how to contact the company to see what the status of my order is
