I recently ordered from LITB and got confirmation from PayPal but nothing from the company so have no order number or anything. I am unsure how to contact the company to see what the status of my order is

Please check your PayPal transaction, you will find the order number something like LITB-200..... If there is anything wrong from our side, we are willing to take full responsibility for that. Usually, we keep in touch with our customer via ticket which you may submit through your order list directly, but you may also fill order number here so that we can help. Your quick reply will be appreciated highly.
