Today I have been pleasantly surprised…

Today I have been pleasantly surprised by the help received by LightInTheBox and they have confirmed everything in writing and eased my mind regarding my order. I have not received my order yet, this was not the issue, my issue was having no confirmation of my order and the payment taken but this is now resolved and once I get the product I will send a review on the quality of the product. I am someone who has no problem complaining where it is necessary but I think when someone does their job and tries to help, then this needs to be acknowledged. I do hope that this company has some success in turning around their bad reputation into a more positive one in the future and I wish them luck
