Sent two emails
Sent two emails, waiting for my order over 4 weeks, I now have asked for full refund and I still haven't received reply, desperate customer service.
Based In UK, But Who cares?
Everyone's saying their website says .ie but it's in the UK, which is true but who cares? I ordered a carbon fibre case on sale from €16.99 down to €1.90! Ordered on a Thursday, and package was received in Ireland on Monday. 10/10
Report to consumer affairs
I purchased a 12v Supervooc charger that turned out to be faulty, no response from customer services to my email.
Not a genuine company, they're happy to take your money but forget about support.
Now reporting their behaviour and lodging a formal complaint to consumer affairs
Their website is very deceiving
Their website is very deceiving.
I wouldn't have ordered from them had I known they were UK based.
An IE Web address and Ireland on their Google adverts.
I ordered a cable and plug for my iPad…
I ordered a cable and plug for my iPad and it was expensive, almost €40. Neither items are working and are clearly knock offs. Avoid this company
at best these guys are dishonest
at best these guys are dishonest. the order dispatched from the UK - If this was clear I wouln't have ordered from them. i ordered from their .ie website - product dispatched on 15/01 still not recieved. they will not entertain a discussion about arefund until 12/02 .
will just initiate chargeback proceedings from credit card company
This company pretends it's in the EU…
This company pretends it's in the EU but they are in the UK so if over a certain amount, you'll be hit with import duty. I was asked for €60 on a €200 order so I refused it.
Their website is ie.mobilefun.com/ but I should have copped that they didn't qualify for a mobilefun.ie address.
If you trawl through their site, you will seethem admit they're shipping from the UK but you shouldn't have to do this every time you buy something and they know you won't.
Stay well clear from this site
Stay clear. This is a scam. Ordered two covers for Samsung that could have gotten cheaper elsewhere thinking they would be here within a week or two. It's been a month since my order and never received anything.
BEWARE this is not a ROI retailer extra customs fees will be charged.
In addition to the price I paid on the website I also had to pay additional customs duty. This was not advised on the website when I made the purchase otherwise I would not have ordered this item. It is very misleading not to advise that additional customs fees will apply.
Beware of customs fees, not well highlighted
Overall i think this is a decent company. I've ordered many parts for Samsung products over the years and all are legitimate & good quality.
Recently I purchased products for Samsung Galaxy S3ultra & had 3 issues with the delivery. As a customer I understood I was ordering from an Irish based wing of the website (mobile fun.ie) and didn't expect to have to pay almost 68 euros of custom charges on a 200 euro Order ( of which 22.50 was already delivery & only option available to me, not An Post as mentioned in some reviews here). This clearly offsets some of the value you spend online and so overall it would infact have worked out cheaper to purchase directly from Irish sites where I originally the product was alot more expensive, but overall with delivery and tax was on par.
Secondly one of the items I purchased an Olixar tempered glass screen was absolutely rubbish. it didn't even last 24 hours before it stopped recognising biometrics. It cost 25 euro with vat. To return would be too expensive and not worth rebate.
Finally with the customs fee the terms and conditions are hidden on the website which say if you spend 150 ( including delivery charges bearing in mind this was 22.50) then you'll be charged customs. if you reject the payment they will charge you 2 admin fees in essence of 30 euro so really its forcing your hand. They should have potential costs clearly highlight when selling on what appears to be an Irish platform.
Delivery took too long
Delivery took too long, brexit has ruined online shopping in the UK. Can get something from half way across the world in half the time it took my order to arrive.
Excellent service
Always got what I ordered and items were delivered within few days. The only Co I use for buying mobile phone accessories.
Don't send what I ordered and won't…
Don't send what I ordered and won't replace with correct order !
Snail post
As long as your not in a hurry..
17 working days for delivery from the UK to Ireland?
It would arrive more quickly from Australia.. 👎
Product great and quick delivery
I am glad I didn't read the reviews before I ordered as I probably would've not placed an order.
I ordered whitestone dome glass for a phone from this website at 18:09 on 20th of September. By 18:25 I had a dispatch notification email which I thought was way too quick to be true. However I received my order from UK to Ireland on the 25th of September and I went for standard mail. I was very happy with the service and would order again from this site
Will buy from them again
Good product, as described and fast delivery. Can't fault it.

Not sure the company exists. Order didn't arrive after 20 working days... Told to wait another 20 days... Didn't arrive.. Told to wait again. Feel scammed. Think I'll see what the guards say.
